A good product, but also importantly very well packaged! Having had multiple large radiators delivered damaged and had to return them, I switched brands and ordered direct. Finally a radiator without dents and rust and my house is warming up again. Phew.

I ordered 3 plastic radiator cover clips, they shipped in a jiffy bag, one broke in transit, they shipped 3 more very quickly, in a jiffy bag. I’m sure the postage cost more than the clips. You can argue the merits of better packaging but you can’t deny the excellent customer service. Thank you.
