"Fail one KYC get blocked on every platform using SumSub"

About a year ago I tried to register with a crypto on and off ramp company. I failed the verification and they won’t tell you why. I’ve been approved for a lot of other crypto exchanges that don’t use SumSub so I don’t know what SumSub’s issue is. Now when I try to register for any exchange or service using SumSub I get denied.

I contacted verification support several times, because if you fail in one service the KYC verification will automatically fail in all the other services using SUMSUB as the KYC test provider.

I have been in contact with them for months via email to resolve, as they provide incorrect data to their customers.
I offered to verify my identity in any way even a live video call or any other request of theirs, even a report to the authorities if they asked for it.
However they have not provided any evidence of this and my case is still open.
Meanwhile I can't pass the KYC test for every service that uses SumSub.
Consider before adopting it as your account verification provider.

Verification process is a mess !!! even after uploading the Government approved National certificate as address proof its getting rejected stating the address is not clear !
its not the address , its the software of this guys is not clear !
the same document i have been using for past 2 year for all the purpose and faced no issue at all !
certificate is issued from the ministry of interior itself ! i dont know what more they need for approval !! stay out of this crap company !

worst KYC service, it gives false results in many times,it keeps rejecting legit documents. it said fake, but everything is Legit and correct. I don't recommend this service.

I assume a cheap automated system that can't handle anything outside it's script.

Mostly this wouldn't be an issue but if you have a high value account then this is an horrific situation to be in and there should be some way for regulatory oversight to do something about rogue companies like this

Do you actually even give a sh€t? Or youre just like any other corporation? I wouldnt mind if something would happen to any of you. You make me sick. When in see sumsub i dont even bother anymore. I work with AI and mechatronics but they let tech get too powerful. You dont give a shUt about people neither do the applications who work with these coldhearted people.

Very bad experience with sumsub. They are a terrible company with broken software that does not function at all. The customer support here might as well be a bunch of monkeys they are so useless

Whenever you see Sumsub working as third party with any Casino like tsars or any company, know that you will be scammed, i had my account verified by them after a while but couldn't withdraw my 18,800$ because of their system showing error. Bunch of wolves scamming people and stealing their money.
