Der SumSub-Angestellte für der Verifizierung meines Finom-Kontos konnte nur mangelhaft Deutsch, eine Kommunikation war kaum möglich und er hat sich in Geschwafel verloren: "Wir können das auch später noch machen.", "Sehen Sie mich bitte an." "Nein, nein, nein...".
Etwas mehr Konzentration bei der Arbeit und weniger dummes Gerede wären für eine deutsche Bank angemessen gewesen.
Ich kann verstehen, dass Finom sich den billigsten Anbieter sucht. Aber ein seriöser Ansprechpartner in deutscher Sprache und mit angemessenen Umgangsformen würde dem Unternehmen besser zu Gesicht stehen.
So vergrault Finom nur seine Kunden. Nicht jeder deutsche Bankkunde kann sich mit so einem Straßen-Slang anfreunden.

Terrible customer service. I was denied verification on a trading website. Told by the trading company I need to contact Sumsub, so I did.
And guess what? Surprise, surprise, Sumsub say I need to contact the trading company. Back and forth around four times now with no resolution. On and on it goes. Sumsub terrible software, customer service and no help or resolution offered or even an apology.

I was trying to verify my account thru wow Vegas and misunderstood instructions and it said I exceeded my limit and to handle it through sumsub i emailed them numerous times over a couple of days explains my problem and I get the same response from a ai email not helping with anything I don’t understand how to claim my money and it’s getting ridiculous.

I got permanently banned from some game saying I was under age. I am 21 years old and no matter how many times I submit my age verification through Sumsub, It still says I’m under age and I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. I’ve sent them my government ID multiple times. All I wanna do is play the game I paid for. I honestly think this is the worst verification website ever made.

I am a seller of igitems.com website they rejected my adress verification document of bank statement even tho I officially got it from the bank itself,and when I email them about this problem they replied me very fast in 4 weeks,but they still didn't solve the problem and told me to contact the website,so I am mailed them again now to help and I need to wait for 4 weeks more now,this is the worst website for verification ever.
