"Fantastic Estate Agent - Poor Solicitor Service "

The service from the Fenham office was fantastic with my sale, Dylan was especially extremely professional and helpful. However, I also bought my property through their Jesmond branch of RMS recommendations and was offered use of their solicitors Premier Property Lawyers … what an absolute nightmare! They’re a call centre and they confirmed well into myself being completely baffled by their slow service that any queries wouldn’t even be looked at until 72hrs and any “urgent” queries wouldn’t be looked at until 24hrs later, it was too late to change solicitors by then … if you’re in no rush whatsoever to move then great but if you’re happy for a simple query to be just looked at in a week, let alone answered it’s not for you … it made a stressful experience so much worse … big mistake in using this service!!! Absolutely dreadful and they weren’t the cheapest either.

They are all very professional, efficient and friendly. I was kept updated on a regular basis about progress and they chased other parties along when required.
