The only reason I am writing this review is because of Jack from the Gosforth branch. He has been incredible in helping us letting our property. While its extremely hard to get hold of others, Jack was the only person who was consistent and always available. He was polite and he truly understands how landlords should be treated since they put a lot of trust in letting agencies.
He was thorough in answering our questions and finding us the right type of tenant. He made things move quickly and kept us updated every other day. He was very proactive in providing detailed tenant profile and his own assessment of a suitable candidate. This was indeed very helpful since he met them in the first place.
He truly goes above and beyond his duties to make sure that our requirements were met to a high standard. While everything else seems to be money oriented, Jack clearly knows the importance of empathy. He event went on to lightly clean the property himself to set a good impression for the upcoming viewings. This is unheard of and we were completely blown away by his selfless gesture. I had no desire to write a review but it would be unfair if I didn’t make everyone aware of the hard work he puts in everyday.
I wish the same level of service consistency could be maintained across the team.
