"Shipping was fast"

Shipping was fast. Over all the cover is great! Seems well built. I found it easy to instull . Only 2 hours and most of that was me getting the old stuff off my Ram 1500.

I installed the truck2go cover on my 2023 Toyota Tundra. Installation was easy enough but as with all things like this, I could do a second one in half the time. There is a learning curve mostly to do with the final alignment so that it works smoothly. Cover is “Top Quality “ and it really looks good on my truck.

"Great customer care! Even after a year"

I’ve had my synetic retractable bed cover on my 2023 tundra for over a year now, hadn’t had issues with it until recently when the locking mechanism stopped working. I had to manually unlock it using my fingers…wifey told me to call trucks2go for the warranty but I’m that stubborn man (they won’t fix it, been too long) welp, I swallowed my pride and doubts and called. Holy shat, they helped me get my cover functioning properly within a few days! It’s works flawlessly once again. One of the better investments so far. Thank you TRUCKS2GO for GREAT customer care. As for all the negative reviews here, sounds like user error to me, pretty straight forward install. I read another claiming damage, is this not a claim with the shipper? Why would trucks2go need to cover return shipping on something they had no fault in? I’ll tell you why, AMAZON! they’ve spoiled us lol. But they don’t use 3rd party shipping they have their own, come on people. Just my 2 cents…

I spent quite a bit of research on truck2go and couldn't find much and what I did find wasn't great but I figured I'd give it try and it came very well packaged and is very good quality!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Husband is having a horrible time with the company, cover/product was damaged when received, minor discount given but now he is not able to install properly, wrong brackets. It's been a total nightmare and to return will cost even more with shipping and restock fee. Horrible way to run a business

Now about the tonneau cover, it’s actually as advertised, the installation was easy & its 100% waterproof.

I was reluctant at first due to things others mentioned mainly the addresses listed on the site looked up on google maps look suspicious etc. BUT, I went ahead with the purchase of the SynteicUSA PRO retractable cover for my 2022 Nissan Frontier. The transaction was smooth, it came on time undamaged. It was a breeze to install and functions as designed. I could not be happier with my purchase.
