Was shopping around for a quality tonneau cover for my truck, Trucks2go had the best prices by far. I purchased the Pro Retractable Tonneau cover, Shipping was free and my cover arrived quickly.

"Design is flawed and instructions a terrible."

The instructions are terrible and the QR code link to an installation video only shows step 1 and I could not find any videos for the remaining steps. With some minor design changes the cover should seal okay but without modifications it leaves a 3/8” gap at the tailgate. Also the roll cover does not center between the side rails. It either sets a little to the left or a little to the right.

Bought the recoil tonneau for my 2022 Silverado based on price and reviews and must admit the quality of the product is really good. Shipping was fast and packaged well. Instructions aren’t that great but it’s not too difficult to figure out.

"Solid...2020 Tundra Recoil cover"

Purchased a Recoil bed cover for my 2020 Tundra. I ordered the installation package for the OEM bed tie down system. The YouTube videos in conjunction with the installation videos were definitely helpful but I did experience some difficulty with the installation of the bed tie down brackets; no videos and instructions made this a trial and error effort. The unit as a whole seems legit. I had issues with the cover not wanting to retract or pull out after installation and the company, Truck2Go, was extremely responsive to emails seeking assistance. Kudos! However, none of the recommendations fixed the issue. The unit "popped" when I first pulled it out of the driveway and has worked exclellent since then so I am guessing the cover was somehow bound up in the canister. I have went through two large precipitation events and the cover is much more water tight than my previous aluminum roll-up bed cover. Some water entry is occurring at the driver site front of the truck bed but I have not been able to fully investigate the source due to the adverse weather. Overall, I am happy with the product, especially for the price when compared to other similar products. Service was very good and the cover appears to be good quality at this time as I just installed at the beginning of December 2022. I would purchase again due to price and quality and am evaluating using this cover, or the Pro, in fleet vehicles where I work.

"AUTO RETRACT BED COVER"

put auto retractable cover on a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500
instruction are pretty sketchy and i'm pretty good with mechanical/electrical assembly !!!
front gasketing and rubber flap on the main box itself was very unclear as to what to do with it!
page telling you to put on end caps was 4 pages back in the instructions! should have been 1st !!!
after that delay things went pretty smooth.
still don't understand the expensive extruded measuring bar !!! LOL !!! has double sided tape and plastic end caps on it, just to use once and throw away !!!
seems to be water resistant, although i have the optional Chevy tailgate and there is no way to seal the cracks.
other than these things,it looks good and functions as specified.
