1. The packaging was some of the best i have seen hands down. A+
2. The shipping was done in a timely fashion after I made the purchase. A+
3. I ordered the pro tonneau for 2023 ram 1500. The left/driver side rectangular bar that sits flush on the bed that holds the cover in place by the cab was bent pretty bad. The box didn't have any exterior damage at all. I was able to fix it by bending it back in place with a big adjustable wrench. B+
4. I did the install myself, I suggest watching the video and using the instructions book. It's straightforward but using both of them together really helps with clarity and understanding the install. B+
5. Over all my experience was good and I definitely would recommend and purchase from them again. A+

Website indicated 5+ in stock, then I called via phone to confirm they physically had them--"yes, they are in stock." The following day I received this:

"GMC Denali 1500"

I ordered a new retrackable cover for my 2023 GMC Denali. Shipping was very fast and secure. The quality of the product is very good and although I completed the installation by myself, it would have been easier with two people. After a few weeks with the cover there are no complaints. It's water tight, easy to roll out and in and even the wife enjoys how easy it is to use. The price and the quality can't be beat and why pay double for a name brand cover when this cover does the exact same thing.

"Product is great"

Product is great, very good quality. I ordered the 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator JT PRO Retractable Tonneau Cover, off-road rack and Jeep gladiator utility rails. I committed the mistake of not reading well before I ordered the retractable cover due that your gladiator has to have the utility rails. I ordered the utility rails from trucks2go that fit well on my Gladiator. A couple issues is that it took a couple weeks to receive my order. Also, the retractable cover didn’t come with installation instructions so I had to watched a video from YouTube. My order of utility rails was lost by UPS so it ended up adding more time to get deliver to my home. Other than that, I recommend the product.

"I really like my Truck2Go Pro…"

I really like my Truck2Go Pro Retractable Tonneau Cover. Seems very well made, the water drains well, keeping the bed relatively dry even in extremely inclement weather. Two locks makes it ultimately more secure than a single lock setup, albeit with a bit more effort to lock/unlock, but not a big deal.

Yes, the directions aren't perfect, however the unit is easy to setup for anyone with some mechanical ability, and it fits very well. They should add to use two layers (both strips) of the weather strip at the bulkhead for the Maverick installation, otherwise you will have some leakage at the front end.- Easy enough to loosen the clamps, slide it down, add the second layer, lift/push back, and retighten.

If there was one thing I'd like to see, would be to make the cannister a bit smaller. Most likely they use the same cannister for a variety of models, and with only a 54 inch bed on the Maverick, a smaller cannister would work and give a bit more 'tall' space with the unit open. Otherwise, its a perfect unit for us Ford Maverick owners looking to protect items in the bed from both weather an prying eyes/hands.

Still waiting for a reply, scam? and it seems to be the way to go...WRONG!!!
I have not heard from the Co. except for one email that my order was sent (not true), but this was after I tried to contact them. This was a joke also. I found a No. For them off Facebook called them, and the mailbox was full...press 5 to leave a text with my # (No reply). I emailed them the same, but nothing. Text chat off the site just had a copy sent to me. All this was a couple of days after the estimated delivery date (9 days) later. They took the money out on the sixth and this is the 15th.

So after over a month of deliberation on which cover to purchase and countless time spent reading reviews and watching videos, I went with the auto retractable Trucks2go cover for my 2023 Toyota Tundra. My box showed batter beyond belief due no part by the manufacture but rather the shipping company. Part of tonneau cover frame was bent which was easily bent back into position with some pliers and the oil was exploded everywhere. In spite of that, so glad I picked this cover. It has yet to leak yet, great quality, operates smoothly, and looks amazing. My only complaint is the installation instructions needs updated with more pictures and detailed instructions!!! It was fairly easy to assemble, but there are a few areas that aren't completely obvious and the instructions are basically worthless and lack the detail required to make it abundantly clear how to install. I was able to muddle thru it in 4 hours but it could have been half the time if the instructions were more clear with better detailed pictures. I read a few reviews that said this cover was noisy but I have zero noise coming from mine even with my back cab window rolled completely down. I love the cover so far and would recommend to anyone. Great product, needs better instructions and packaging to protect during shipping but it is well worth the cost.
