estaba operando en la demo, y puse todo mi dinero en juego, pensando que estaba en la demo, cuando perdí la operación, iba a recargar la cuenta demo y me di cuenta que estaba en la real, y no me apareció ninguna alerta ni nada por el estilo, y ahora no me dan ninguna solución, el chat de soporte no sirve de nada, no te ayudan en nada, les pregunte que si habia solución, y lo unico que contestaron "si siente que los indicadores o alertas no fueron tan claros como esperaba durante su sesión de trading, por favor comparta más detalles sobre lo que experimentó para que podamos ayudar a revisarlo más a fondo." y siempre repiten esto, es verdad que te explican el porque no puedes recuperar este dinero perdido, pero al menos podrían intentar solucionar este problema

"Nice broker"

This broker sometimes give you some manipulation trade especially on OTC, so i never trade on OTC and ended up making $600 since December 2024. About withdrawing its actually very easy as long your account is verified, never had a problem with withdrawals before. For me i give 5 star because never had problem with this broker.

However Pocket Option lose ones star because although I have not had problems withdrawing, they only allow me to do this using crypto because apparently they do not support debit card withdrawals to UK banks, which I find strange - 4 stars

"Pocket option is a scam 100%"

Tried pocket option over last few years on and off , thought I had a strategy that worked for a bit , back tested , everything going well then all of a sudden it's like they won't let you win as often eventually losing your account . This time will be the last time I use them as this was so obvious what they did , I was trading for about 30 mins on the same currency pair making a bit of money , stratergy was and should be working , when I got into a profitable trade ,they deliberately froze the screen refreshed the page the whole chart was different , I was still in a trade not my original one ended up losing that one , then I decided I can't trust this site to be honest with our real money , they have had chances but no more . People if interested in binary just demo play it and trade real Forex as that is profitable .
