I really would like to have given a 5-star rating; however, during a recent assets transfer to IRAFT, the Transfers Dept staff fell on their sword. After several contacts with them - and several wrong answers - I asked for a Manager. Samantha Scholten listened to my dilema, took immediate action with my former custodian and within IRAFT, and - problem solved. My many thanks!

It is very difficult to get someone to answer their phones this time of year
I don't like the customer experience ..I have written several letters asking how to put my account on hold and left my phone number and all I have been told is we are extremely busy ..
I would like to cancel my service with this IRA Finacial because the customer service experience is a (F)....No one to talk to personally and no one will returned tour calls...
They are extremely too busy to help anyone so why signed up with them..Once they get you signed up they put you on the back burner ..It's like I got you !!
Now it's time to get someone else and put them on the back burner and they keep repeating the same process

Very poor communication. I still am waiting for a response from Joshua or the account transfer department on if my forms are correct and if they have been sent. Currently on week 3 of trying to transfer a account. My current trustee account does not show any process on this also. So far communication is just lacking.
