We have used backpacker deals a few times in the past and have always been very happy with the customer service provided by their team via the online chat.

Our last booking we had Katie assisting us and answering our million and one questions, she was very helpful, efficient and fast! Telling us all the differences between the tours we were thinking on booking and assisting us in everything we needed.

We ended up booking one of the tours she recommended and we are both looking forwards to it!
