Purchased a summer house 30th March.
This is just downright poor quality, bowed timbers on the panels, one panel shorter than the rest, frames bowed meaning window material would not fit, when butting the floor panels together a 1-2cm gap between the panels, full length of the floor had to fill the gaps and the roof truss to long for the span. Considering the price I paid this is shocking quality so buyer beware.

Took delivery of the garden shed today and pleased with the delivery by Tee and Gavin. Delivered at the time stated and carried into the garden. Will be building the shed in the next few days

The shed/bar arrived on time, delivery was good, no issues, however when went to erect there was no roof felt delivered, so had to go and buy some separately to get the job done..still waiting for some form of refund for their mistake..

"Excellent delivery"

The ordering process was easy and the delivery was excellent. I was given a 3 hour window the day before the delivery & this was narrowed to a 2 hour window the morning of the delivery. The driver, Miles W was excellent. He carried everything into a flat area of the garden and stacked it neatly. He advised me which parts needed to be stored indoors and carried the roof felt in for me. Now I just need a date for assembly. I'll update this later after the shed has been assembled.

The website was excellent giving clear information and detailed pictures. We went for a large planter which was very competitivly priced. The ordering process was simple and straightforward. Once ordered communication by e mail was instant and 48 hours prior to delivery a telephone call confirmed a delivery date and approximate timings. On the day of delivery Garry and Mark telephoned me to confirm my address. Our house is very awkward to find and security gates have to be negotiated along with a narrow car park. Both Garry and Mark were friendly,polite and couldn't have done anymore for us. The whole experience was excellent from viewing the website to delivery. The product is strong and robust and exactly as described. 5 star service
