"My new shed was delivered early this…"

My new shed was delivered early this morning by Mark. Mark was very polite and waited patiently for me to return home from walking my dog. He delivered the shed direct to my garden maneuvering the tricky side entrance path. He was professional and gave me some tips for erecting the shed. Thanks Mark and Forest Garden for a great customer service, will let you know how the installation goes but so far can't fault the service and the quality of the product.

The product was well priced and easy to purchase. A great range of sheds, storage boxes, and other garden storage. Delivery was quick and easy with a 4hr timeslot in advance, an accurate 2hr timeslot on the day and live tracking of the driver when en route.

Steve M. delivered our item with care, showing up on time, friendly and chatty, and happy to walk the pieces through to the garden with no issues at all.

We would definitely recommend.

Well packaged although some of the shed panels had knot holes and some panels were split by nails. Also some of the battens were warped.

The shed is very good quality. The only point of advice is that the instructions for erecting the shed were not as detailed as they could have been.

I ordered 3 no. sheds, and received a fantastic delivered service from Kevin. I ordered them to one property but I needed them distributed into three different gardens, and Kevin was more than happy to assist me with this. Ordered 2 sheds in one go and both arrived on time, Scott SW was fantastic at making sure that the sheds were handled from the delivery van to location, making sure not to mix the parcels for the 2 sheds up. Sheds have gone up well and seem great value for money.

"Atrocious build quality. TOTAL C**P."

I bought two Forest Garden Classic Flat Top Arches a couple of months ago. When I attempted to construct these arches, I discovered that the build and construction quality is atrocious. Cuts are imprecise and the batten and trellis materials are unbelievably flimsy. The screws provided are not long enough to go through the legs to fasten into the trellis and the trellis is so thin that it cannot take the screws anyway. One of the legs is cut. They are a total disgrace.

Also I have tried desperately to find stakes that fit the abnormal size and shape of the arch legs (60mm x 45mm). (You cannot simply concrete them in or the arch height would be too low to walk under). I have discovered no one who sells stakes to fit these legs. This is poor customer service and I should have made me aware of this at purchase. I have been forced to put in spurs to screw these in to, making the job more expensive and onerous.

When I complained to the supplier I bought it though, they said that they could not replace them because I had exceeded 30 days.

Avoid this company and it's products like the plague.
