"My log store and shed was delivered…"

My log store and shed was delivered this morning by Chris and Mark. Both were very helpful and carefully unloaded the log store and carried it into my garage. I have an injured hand and couldn't help them but they made sure everything went where I needed it. Great guys.

Ordering on the site was very straight forward and easy. Received email updates once purchased and kept up to date with my delivery slot. Carl and Glen were the 2 delivery drivers who delivered my shed and were very helpful moving my new shed to the back of the house where I wanted it. They were very polite and professional and even delivered on a bank holiday!

Our shed was delivered by Steve M. Rang me before arriving to confirm approx arrival time. Offloaded the shed and brought into the garden for us. Excellent customer service. Steve was a lovely, friendly guy. Yet to build the shed but excellent service so far and would recommend 👍

"The summer house I purchased was good…"

The summer house I purchased was good value for the money, however there was a problem with the doors.
Just one email and the problem was resolved, that is as far as I'm concerned the sign of a great company.
When the summer house was delivered the driver moved the various parts to the final location for the summer house (I could not help as I was recovering from an operation).
So if I need any other garden furniture I will not hesitate in purchasing from FOREST GARDEN

Mark and Gary delivered our shed as promised. They had to park in the road, but were quick and efficient at getting the parts off the lorry. Friendly and helpful service. One part of the assembly instructions was missing, but we worked it out.

"Two Delightfully Friendly Chaps"

Two delightfully friendly chaps, Carl and Fred delivered the trellis and were a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t need it taking through to the beck garden but they were clearly willing to do that if I’d asked. The tracking details were excellent and showed me exactly where Carl and Fred were which allowed me to nip to the shops before they arrived. I shall certainly buy from this company again.
