Delivery was good and when they said , two friendly men unloaded and put behind my gates out of the way of passing people . Putting it up was easy following the book of words and it all went together in a couple of days and all on my own , not bad for an old codger. I did make three extra roof rafters because I like to be able to walk on the roof and felt it need a bit extra strength as it was quite a large roof. So all in all I’m quite happy with my purchase.

The delivery guy Brian Coleman was so helpful and went above and beyond when delivering the shed.
The shed is good value and relatively straight forward to put up - just a few screws left when we had finished!

Purchased a tongue and groove 12x8 forest timber / garden shed for £1500 via buyshedsdirect, seems to put in around average price for the size and style. However, the rrp of over £2100 would put it firmly in a premium category, which it is not.

I appreciate that the shed panels etc won’t be produced on an automated production line but I would have at least expected some sort of jig/template to have been used, it would appear not though. The Apex panels for my shed were out of line and slightly different sizes, roof panels were also slightly different sizes with a number of the panels bowed. Also windows diffed in size with one leaving a 5mm gap around frame and the other not fitting. Ended up having to cut, re-jig and reconstruct a number of panels to try and get shed constructed without various gaps.

Not what I’d have expected for the price. A little more time is needed in panel construction and better quality control IMO.

The delivery team of Roy Taylor and Mike Wright were exceptional. Our house is difficult to access and they were incredibly patient and good humoured while we asked permission from a neighbour for access across their land.
The tracking system for the delivery was excellent. One click and it worked perfectly.

"summerhouse and build"

Ordered a summerhouse was delivered on time and by a friendly delivery guy, was very careful to place everything out and double checked all parts were there , advised on what is ok left out and what to cover up, then we had a install team arrive were super quick friendly and tidied up after themselves, walked us round the constructed summer house with what's fitted and aftercare that is needed or not in this case. 5* service and Leo and hayley 5* installers , would 100% recommend

Joseph Miszkowski, delivered my new shed within the supplied timescale. Joseph was polite and friendly and put the shed pieces where I asked for them to be positioned.
Shed not erected as yet so can't comment on the actual shed.
