I recently ordered a bag for my husbands birthday. When he opened it it was t quite right and my heart sank when I looked on the site and realised that the returns policy was 14 days. However, I have just received the best customer service for a long long time. I emailed and explained asking if we could make an exchange and within a few hours I had a response. In just 24 hours I’ve received a returns label and had confirmation that the replacement is on its way.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Had an issue with one of the handles on my backpack, just under 4 months old. I reported the issue to their support team and this was responded to promptly and a replacement was out within 3 days. Though the replacement is still en-route, I thought I'd comment on the positive experience I've had so far, as it's sometimes difficult to find good retailers nowadays, especially for lesser known brands.
