Poor service from the admin team in resolving the issue
Now have to decide if I want to carry on working with CORGI HOMEPLAN after this experience as they have told me that this app is the only one they are using going forward
I have had a look at the app and can,t say I am that impressed

Found them accidentally on Google and thought I'd book my boiler servicing through them. Very easy booking system, clear steps and communication. My slot was confirmed quickly and the person came on the arranged time on the day. The service was very smooth, paying the invoice was easy and I could even set a reminder for next year. Very pleased with the process and reliability, thank you. I'll be back next year.

"No communication!"
Order a Tado thermostat with installation. I could only use Kantan. Selected my preferred day, and two others as instructed. Filled in all my details including my address. Received an email to confirm my booking was a success... but did NOT state the day. Assumed it would be my preferred day. Booked the afternoon off work. The day before I thought Id better chase up the install... only to be told they DID NOT install in my area, and currently aren't doing installs due to the 'cold' weather...! But I did not receive any communication about this... they could not tell me when I could have an install. No contact number and a very slow response on the only chat. Would NOT recommned at all. I now have lost an afternoon of work that I can not move. No impressed at all with the poor service. I would not recommned.

Leo was a great engineer he was polite friendly carried out a very thouger service he is a credit to the profession I would highly recommend him and KANTAN to anyone.also their prices are also very good

Very easy to book an engineer and the one who came out was professional, efficient and very helpful. It was also easy to sort out the payment afterwards. In my case I needed certain details to claim money back with my insurance company and I got all the help I needed and was very satisfied. I will use the service again if my boiler breaks again (hopefully it wont though!). Very pleased with the result and process.

Daniel has been amazing through this whole process. Two times I had no shows and had booked time off work for a boiler service. Daniel was on the case even tried to get me a same day evening appointment however I replied to late to his email. However I feel he went above and beyond in helping me out. Always kept me upto date and checked up over the next couple of days after the service had been completed. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND PROMOTION an absolute asset to your company- Thank you Daniel
