"Avoid this cowboy outfit"
Booked a boiler service with possible trainee at Kantan for Monday 12th December between 8am & 12pm engineer never turned up contacted Kantan they told me engineer was delayed at least they could have told me anyway never arrived at all.
He offered to rebook for today Wednesday and gave me £10 of the service cost as a goodwill gesture I got a confirmation email stating the date and same time with the cost which was £10 more than the previous cost contacted another trainee told me he would send me another email with the correct cost which never arrived
Same scenario today waited yet again engineer never arrived excuse was they had lots of boiler repair call outs so boiler service was not priority but nobody called to let me know this.
Believe just a lame excuse they even asked if I wanted me to rebook an appointment for a boiler service obviously definitely not my advice beware of cowboy outfits such as these
Complete waste of time just avoid like the plague BEWARE OF THIS COWBOY OUTFIT

"An awful experience"
An awful experience. The old adage applies here - if I could have scored my experience as a zero then I would have. I gave up after three appointments were made without a service visit. The first was cancelled due to lack of a technician, the second was re scheduled on the day of the appointment and the third was a no show without notice. Very disappointed and much inconvenience to myself. Having said that the person I spoke from their service department was very good but was badly let down by the contactors he had allocated to the job. Extremely poor experience and would warn others to be stay well clear.
UPDATE: Kantan have questioned the integrity of my review and have tried to have it removed. I can assure people that this is a genuine review and that I have provided the necessary documentation to prove this.
