Needed to service the boiler, and the reviews are good and thought I would give them a go.
Communication was excellent, we had to change the date of it.

Our man turned up, phoned call go advise time of arrival. Arrived and got a good feeling from him, very happy.

Easy to book online. I had a couple of queries and emailed Kantan who responded within a couple of hours with the answer. Engineer visit was a good experience, the engineer rang prior to arrival, did a good job and was extremely personable. Would definitely recommend. A good price too for the one off boiler service.

Overall experience was average-poor.
The first booking the Engineer did not show up after waiting for a whole day. Received 3 emails and 3 text messages to confirm he was coming. Complained to Kantan customer service and was booked in for a new appointment from a helpful agent. The 2nd Engineer messaged to confirm the date of appointment. However the day before he was due, I received a message from Kantan to tell me he had an emergency and had to rearrange to another date. The engineer however did arrive on the agreed date and it turned out to be another mix up on Kantan's end. He was there for about 10 mins. Don't even think he checked the internal expansion vessel. All of my other boiler services received from the manufacturer included condensate trap cleaning and draining and recharging of the expansion vessel.
