iPhone 7 / 128GB purchase. I was looking for an iPhone without the $1000 price. Phonebots website directed me to the perfect phone. An "A grade" choice. The phone is perfect. No blemishes and work as described with 6 months warranty. I could not be happier. Ordered online, and 3 days later arrived, with no fuss.

After a bit of google searching found the price to be lower than other sellers. To ensure I received what I wanted I called them to explain to me what to expect. David Parker answered all my questions with a great knowledge of the type of phone I ordered, very professional. My needs are simple, the iPhone has many more features than I need.

Definitely recommend calling David Parker to help you with what you are after. RATING: AAA+++ and service the same. He had taken his time with my queries, no hard sell or pushy.

Also, it was one of the few websites that had a phone number I could call to ask questions. Most were the standard order online and ship out. I am no expert on mobile phones, reading about them just gave me a headache. Not into "PRAY and PAY" deals when I can help it.

The email states 7 day no question asked policy but they don’t mean it. All they do is ask questions and REFUSE to do returns and refunds.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro Max, A grade quality, on Sunday received it Wednesday. It was a like new iPhone, perfect! It also come with a wireless battery charger and a Ozone metal magnetic case.... plus to 2 chuppa chups.... really. Fantastic!
