When it opened it was great. But now they have all these crappy ppl working there....like today they did nothing at all about this group of kids who were running wild yelling opening dryers(that were in use)
Yet when i said something was told to leave....FORGET THAT PLACE

My wedding dress was stained by the laundry. I had to send photos to prove the damage and I got refund of only what I paid for that dress. The other suits were well cleaned, but it devastating to see my wedding dress turning green and delivered more dirty than when I sent it. I do not recommend the services for refined clothes.

Clothes didnt look washed or smell washed. Some food and stains still present on our child’s clothes. Disappointed. We used the laundry bag service only. Ive yet to try the individual bedding service. Im only giving 3 stars because the pickup and delivery was flawless. But ultimately will not be using the regular laundry service again. Will try one more time to give them another chance so lets see what happens.

booked for friday but tehy collected on tuesday. Said they would deliver laundry back on thursday - I asked if they could wash and deliver back earlier, seeing as they messed up the order but they said no.

(and when they did collect on Tuesday, it was 4 hours late, with no apology)
