We are a charity and discount banners have been amazing. They helped our school by providing us with banners and stickers. Which both are brilliant quality. This has helped promote our event and every penny raised by this goes back to our school. Its going to be used to provide a kitchen so our kids can do cookery lessons. So amazing thanks again .

"Just terrible"
Printed on the wrong material, when I asked them to replace it they refused. They were rude on the phone. Wouldn't refund my money back, just an all round terrible experience. smh. Never again.

"Terrible company"
Terrible company. Dreadful service. Non-existent communication.
Have ordered quite a lot of labels from this company over the last 2 years and only rarely managed to go through the whole process without a problem. The final straw was their complete refusal to accept responsibility for a print error. They are shambolic in their organisation with zero internal communication and only randomly reply to emails. Their on-line systems are abysmal, and there is no way, apparently, of asking for a simple repeat order as each time a label is printed, it has to be re-proofed. Do not be tempted by their apparently low prices as it really isn't worth the inevitable hassle.

"Computer Says "NO"!"
I've used this company twice over the last couple of years. The first time I don't recall any problems. The second time will be the last time I use them! I mirror everything said in these negative comments. Their stated delivery times are complete rubbish. They are utterly unwilling to help you out when their late delivery becomes a problem. They couldn't care less about your immovable deadlines. Robotic "computer says no" response. What a miserable place this must be to work. Such a shame as their print quality is good. I will never again divert from using solopress.com.

"Very disappointing and misleading"
Advertise free next day delivery so as it was Tuesday morning and I required them for an event that weekend I assumed that they would turn up in plenty of time.
I was contacted quickly after uploading the files to check the colour between RGB and CMYK and that I was happy with the conversion. This was finalised 4:30pm on Tuesday and I was told that "Thank you for your confirmation, we will send your order to print."
I didn't expect it to turn up on Weds due to the queries, but thought I would receive it on Thursday. It didnt arrive Thursday so contacted them first thing Friday morning. I was advised that "They should be leaving us today, so will be with you on Monday. "
I explained that Monday was no good as the event was that weekend and that I needed them Saturday morning at the latest. I was told that they would let dispatch know this.
I was then contacted by customer services and told that "This is ready to leave us now Saturday deliveries are charged at £22.00 as we do not offer Saturday as a standard delivery."
I complained that i had been misled and was pointed to the shipping terms and conditions on their website which clearly states "We will ship your product by UK mail (next day delivery) within 1-2 working days after your order has been placed."
So again I went back and said that I placed the order on Tues, so being fair that doesnt count as the 1st day. The 1st business day was Weds, the second Thurs so going by the above, at the very latest I should have received it on Friday.
Then finally i was told "You order has now been picked up by DPD is will be out for delivery Monday now. "
There was no apology nothing, just like it or lump it. They refused to cancel the order even though they had missed their own publicised time windows.

Terrible. Lied to, Never received the banner for my event. Past from pillar to post. They shouldn't be in business.

"Very poor"
My order was not dispatched on time, and we could get no answer on the phone and no reply to email trying to establish its whereabouts. I have raised a dispute through PayPal as it arrived after the event it was needed for, and I refused delivery last week because of this. Today it has been delivered again in spite of our communications regarding it being too late to be of use, and I have still received no word from the company, which suggests they have deliberately re-sent it instead of dealing with the fact that it was late and therefore useless. I wish I had read the other very disappointing reviews on trust pilot before ordering, certainly won't use them again.
