Took almost two months to process my order and ship. When I finally reached out to return since I no longer needed the item, the return process is just as long before sending me a return label to ship back.
Other than the business admin problems, the actual Shernbao dryer is great.

I called to get instructions on replacing the wind switch. Was told that they would have to check to see if a video could be made and that they would call me back. Never got a call back, never got instructions or a video. Why would you sell replacement parts and not give instructions on how to actually replace the part?

"When I needed a new dryer"
When I needed a new dryer, after buying 6 Wall mounts, I was not given help as I did not want to mount a new arm. I did however figure out on my own that I could put one of my older (2015) model wall mounts onto the same wall mount fitting attached to the wall.
I was totally ready to order a new one, if you would have suggested this, I would have ordered. Instead I was told that the new 921 would not fit the arm of the older 921 purchased in 2019.

The cordless clippers and the scissors are top notch. I cut my 2 Shih Tzus hair on one charge and I still have 3 bars on the display. I have a corded Andis clippers and I don’t think I’ll have a need for them so I’ll just put them away.

Shopping on the website was easy. The product is generally delivered in a timely manner. We have only had one issue with anything we've ordered from Shernbao, and it wasn't their fault entirely.
