This rating service itself is very poor in that it forces a reviewer to combine two very different aspects of an entity's technical competence with personality. Walk-In Lab was great concerning personal interactions. Their technical ability to make a blood draw without harm is bad ... very bad. I have excellent veins to draw from. I am not a frail 90 year old and I'm not pigged-out such that a vein cannot be found. The practitioner was not careful. She moved the needle 'in and out' resulting in an unnecessary puncture of the vein. A short while later the bruise from blood that escaped the vein was very pronounced.

First time using the service. Ordering lab tests online was a breeze. Made an optional appointment. Arrived, signed in. The waiting time was longer than I expected but the staff was very professional and courteous. Received my test results in one day. We, as consumers need more of these kind of labs closer to our homes. Thank you!

The ordering experience and interaction with the operator excellent. Ease of finding tests to order good. However, my husband had his lab drawn at the Lab Corp in the main St Mark's hospital and the phlebotomist was terrible at drawing the specimen because it was so uncomfortable

Website was easy to navigate, and although the price for individual tests was astronomical, the price for packages was better than expected; even inexpensive compared to my normal healthcare provider's lab. And the time to get results was MUCH faster than expected. I will definitely use this provider again.

Very crowded clinic but I think the staff did the best they could with so many people. Perhaps a 'wait time' indicator will help with some of the more surly clients :) My own experience was fine despite the wait time. I'd recommend.

I went in with very low expectations because of previous urgent care experiences. But this blew me out of the water! Quick, clean, extremely professional and friendly staff and TV in the offices so you have something to distract you from waiting.
