"Eine tolle Sache!"

Wir haben uns zwei Stück Hochglanztischfolie in 2mm Stärke bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell. Die Tischfolie ist perfekt zugeschnitten, mit 2mm Übermaß, da sie mit der Zeit etwas schrumpft. Sie verrutscht nur sehr schwer, was äusserst positiv ist. Sie riecht etwas aber nicht unangenehm, das sollte sich mit der Zeit verflüchtigen. Besonders gut gefallen uns die abgeschrägten Kanten. Also jederzeit wieder!

Review revised following an appropriate resolution by Profolio - this was to my satisfaction and I commend the company for identifying the cause of incorrect sizing and offering a quick resolution. I would have no hesitation ordering again from this provider.

I ordered a table foil from
Profolio in Jan and was delivered as expected - nicely packaged albeit took almost 10 days to arrive. Having placed it on the table, I noticed that one of the sides was longer but expected that it would shrink in time as per the website. Typically would expect 3-5mm extra on 1 side but mine was 12mm longer than I had ordered. Having had the foil on the table for almost a month, it has not shrunk to size. I contacted the seller and they replied promptly with a satisfactory resolution.

"Reklamation"

Meine erste Tischdecke hat nicht gepasst. Nach meiner Reklamation habe ich einen persönlichen Anruf vom Abteilungsleiter bekommen und ein Kulanzangebot für eine neue Tischdecke mit genauer Beschreibung wie der Tisch (Sonderform) zu messen ist. Die neue Decke passt super, hervorragender Service !!!

Absolutely lovely table cover for a glass table. Perfect fit. Has a beautiful shimmer to it and actually looks nicer than the bare glass as it has a soft and nuanced look. Perfectly protects the table, too. Can't recommend this highly enough.
