I made my appointment online, the staff was very pleasant and answer my questions. The doctor was very professional and explained everything in simplest terms for me.

Because the "Doctor" listen to my heart, and then did lots of other tests, then said she can't give me any medication as I have a heart murmur,! I have just had major surgery and no one picked up on any heart murmur, and I have since been to my GP who also could not hear a heart murmur!
This was a total wrong diagnosis and complete waste of my time travelling all that way, so bloody cross

Won’t let me take the £20 a week tablets as they are not safe for me but happy to offer £100 a week injections which will make me sick and may not even work!

Just Tuesday and Thursdays 9-2 and Saturdays until 2
It would be much better to have one longer opening day, or an evening clinic!

I found the doctor very abrupt, and just in general in a rush to get me out the door, I asked her which products would suit me as I used to suffer with aniexty, she said she doesn’t know if the tablets she was recommending would cause mood swings ... but recommended them anyway.
Will not be returning.
