"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"

I paid for a repeat prescription of Mounjaro over 4 weeks ago and it has still not been dispatched. It is not possible to speak to anyone on the phone so I have left voicemails and several emails. They simply state there is a delay and apologise. No information on the reasons for the delay or when I can expect my medication. Now into week 5 since payment was taken. Awful service.

"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service. No one replies to emails or chat messages. Ordered my pen 2 weeks ago in readiness for today. Had email shortly after ordering advising it had been dispensed then nothing. No one responds to emails or chat but more than happy to take your money. Appalling - go elsewhere!

NO SUPPORT OR FOLLOW-UPS ARE GIVEN TO PATIENTS, LET ALONE CARE, BUT THEY ARE VERY HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CAUSE ALL KINDS OF WITHDRAWAL AND HEALTH ISSUES FOR PATIENTS!

YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A REFUND BECAUSE THEY IGNORE ALL COMMUNICATIONS! UTTERLY SHOCKING AND TOTALLY UNETHICAL!

"No product sent and no response to messages"

Ordered a product on the 31st march, as of 17th April there's no sign of it being dispatched. No reply to any of attempts to communicate with them through any of their channels, still getting spammed by huge amounts of marketing though.
First order was great, don't know what changed here.

"Where is my order "

Long term customer here very frustrated Ordered 27th march had no contact since my order just says awaiting prescription status I’ve sent multiple emails and left voicemails with no response I’m now out of medication and out of pocket finally got a reply 3 days ago saying my case has been escalated and I’ll be contacted within 48 hours still nothing !! I’ve stayed with the slimming clinic out of loyalty but I can’t go on like this so stressful

"Lydia , The Slimming Clinic "

Today the 16th April after spending a horrendous amount of time emailing , live chat with AI , leaving messages on the portal none of which did I ever receive a reply , my medication turned up . It is all because of Lydia who responded to my left telephone messages , she went out of her way to make sure I received my goods . I think she is the only person that works for The Slimming Clinic , she showed kindness, professionalism, she is too good for the Slimming Clinic , deserves a raise in salary, she keeps to her word and calls you back , she actually listened to what I had to say and was able to put a plan in action . She’s amazing .
I’ve just been reading all the trust pilot reviews , so to all those that are still trying to get their medication etc , please leave a message on the phone for Lydia , she will help you . Don’t bother with Lesley , she never got back to me .
This company was once so good , but not anymore , I will never use them again it’s just not worth all the hassle , they totally rely on AI. The company is in chaos .

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
I paid for my medication (£154) on 26th March. It is now 16th April. No medication and no refund despite me leaving a lot of messages from my account. They are virtually impossible to get a reply from. I will report them if I don’t receive my money back asap.

"ABSOLUCTLEY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR "

I have been with the Slimming’s clinic for many years when they were based in Edinburgh and had no issues. Once Covid happened the clinics went online only. In December last year I ordered monjaro and had a few issues with deliveries but nothing to horrific just had to do loads of chasing.

I recommended to three of my friends and helped mentor them through. Two of my friends were greatly overcharged and promised a refund which has never appeared. Both my friends have done really well and are waiting on there third pen, my other friend is only on her first pen still two to come and actually none have arrived they have emailed phoned messaged but no response from any platform.


Today I have found out the company has gone into RECEVERSHIP not good I feel responsible for recommending so many people and they have got no chance of receiving their orders which of course we’re all paid up front. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING for a company to treat people like this so please do not order from this company. One of my friends is going to the newspapers so watch this space
