"Prescription never arrived"

I ordered my prescription on 31 March and haven't received my order since nor any update despite contacting the Slimming Clinic multiple times by email or on their chat. I think this may be a scam and I will contact my bank to reverse the charge.

"Awful, Awful Clinic"

Second prescription still pending. Minimal to no contact or responses from the team. All of a sudden gone ghost as I asked for a refund and now not replying so I have escalated with my bank.

Would avoid this at all costs, looks like other people have had the same experience. 5 Star reviews most likely are fake.

Ordered 28th March. Prescribed 1st April as per email. Still no dispatch date. Tried chat and email and no response.

I left a negative review 2 days ago as I still haven't received my order after 2 weeks of waiting and being told a week ago it would be dispatched within 24-48 hours. I received a response and was told to email FAO Lesley who would look into my order further. I have emailed twice now and have STILL not had a response! This is absolutey disgusting service, you have taken my money within 5 minutes but have not responded to any of my many messages, emails, and voicemails. I appreciate you have a new system but this is unacceptable! And looking at the reviews it seems I am not the only one. I was told that SC have actually gone into Adminstration which is even more worrying if they are continuing to take peoples money. Just kindly respond to me and let me know what is going on with my order!

"Terrible customer service, slow response, missed shipping dates"

I am a long term customer and the service has gone down hill fast. Orders are not processed in a timely fashion and there is almost no way to get in touch with the company. The message portal doesn't get seen to by the team for weeks at a time. Avoid - there are better weight loss companies out there. When a company doesn't publish phone details - you should see that as a sign. Don't make the same mistake as me (and by reading the other reviews, many others).

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company. I have purchased from The Slimming Clinic previously and never had any issues, BUT THIS TIME??? MY GOD? I ordered my medication over 2 weeks ago and still have received nothing. I have now missed my dose for this week and still have not heard a single thing back from them. I have had no communication from them even though I have tried calling, emailing, live chat (which isn't live chat), Instagram, messaging and even requesting a call back. I have now booked 2 call backs, and NO ONE RANG ME!! You cant get through to anyone and they will response on here with the same copied and pasted statement to 'email info@', but no one gets back to you. I have now brought this up with my bank as a fraud and will never be using slimming clinic again. Slimming Clinic, if you read this, CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME!!!

"Not much response "

I have been back and forth with sending a new dose with them. And each time I get promised my order will be sent after selling me three pens on offer. It’s going into the 3rd week now making me miss my dose for 4 days. I was told by one of their customer service I will get it sent today but no email confirmation. It’s really annoying and frustrating. You don’t even easily get a live chat anymore or no answer when you call except to book a call back which most times they don’t call back. I’m sick and tired of the assurance without actions

Absolutely disgusted at how you have treated my last two monthly orders. Well over a week since I paid and no approval for my order. Messaged and emailed twice with no reply!!

I am extremely frustrated and worried. I placed an order and my payment was taken at the end of March, but I have yet to receive any response or the product I ordered.

I have tried to reach out multiple times via message, phone call, and email, but have received absolutely no reply. This situation is not only upsetting but also very concerning.
