The service is very bad no one answers the phone, if you leave a message nobody gets back to you. And it takes weeks to get an answer from emails.

This company does not respond to emails. You have to email multiple times to receive a response. The live chat does not work and you are redirected to send an email. The call centre will only book appointments with the doctors and cannot handle complaints or queries.
A fault pen was dismissed as needing larger needles. Not an answer when I had wasted two doses due to the bung being too stiff to administer. Very bad attitude when dealing with customer complaints and likes to put the blame on the customer.
There is clearly not enough staff working for this company and it is the customer that is suffering.

I've been using The Slimming Clinic since October with no issues, I was happy with them. However, I don't know of they're overwhelmed at the moment, but something isn't working. My prescription was approved last week and still hasn't been dispatched, throwing off my slimming journey. This has left me in a very frustrating position, where I can't go to another company, as I'm in limbo with TSC who have my money, but haven't dispatched yet. It's going to affect my weight loss, but customer services aren't responding to my messages and there seems to be no help available. Unfortunately I won't be using again.

I’ve been using them successfully for about 5 years but recently have placed an order and they have taken my money and not sent my prescription. Sounds like there are a number of people in this situation.
I commented on facebook and they blocked me from their site too.
