Time frame of 24 hrs to dispatch order doesn't happen, no date given when I will recieve my order that was placed on 24/03/25, was given clearance last week when I was contacted by phone still no date to when I will get my order feel like I am being fobbed off

Partner orders from them and every order is a fight to get before the dosage runs out. Last order placed 9th March still not been dispatched the wrong forms are continuously sent and no answers to emails. Ordered with MedExpress 31st March all done and delivered 2nd April.

Great come back after bad experience. After a upset with a not so great customer service agent, one of the team at Slimming clinic (Lesley) picked up my complaint. It was dealt with promptly, I was provided a apology and confirmation on training so it does not happen again moving forward. I was quite upset, but after the diligence on handling the upset I am really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Slimming Clinic!

I have been trying to contact the company after they have excepted payment, but I've had nothing but trouble filling in the online form ,wasted a whole day , the phone won't let you talk to anyone ,I have sent numerous messages, very frustrating and if I don't hear back soon I will be contacting my bank to get my money back .

Absolutely terrible! Do NOT waste your time or money, no matter what. My prescription is always delayed, even though I order at least a week in advance. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is non-existent, no one answers emails or the online inquiry form, and good luck trying to reach them by phone! This feels like a total scam at this point. I wouldn’t trust them at all. Just avoid it! There are plenty of other providers out there, go for a reliable, reputable company you can actually get in touch with. Don’t bother with these faceless and useless businesses. It’s worth spending a little more to actually get what you need.

order # 17997, Paid 13/03/25 £771.99 , with Ben in sales. NOT RECEIVED! and I've sent over 10 emails and 3 chat box messages and messaged in My account and still NO REPLY? 3 x 2.4 Wegovy Pens.
Where are they???? and why will no one answer my emails? Receptionist says they can't help I have to email, I am numerous times a day. CRAP service.
