I like the fact that this weight loss works for me. I can order 3months at a time and there is always someone to talk to if I need any help or advice at anytime. The doctors are staff are very nice and helpful in everyway.

Can’t get through to the company, have taken my money but no order received, I completed on line order in full. This was almost 2 weeks ago now. Terrible service do not recommend. Will be requesting refund to take my business elsewhere (even though I was an existing customer)

Took 10 days and at least 5 emails which towards the end were daily to get my prescription released once it was confirmed the Dr had all information needed . This lead to a break in my treatment and resulted in a regression. Will likely find another supplier .

My Dr advised me to stop taking the medication, money was taken from my bank before my Dr’s consultation with slim clinic, i asked for a refund, got an email saying they was not a good enough reason for a refund, i sent another two e-mails both were ignored!

Used them for a while and service was always ok. However recently there was a major delay in them dispatching medication that led to it being 3 weeks late. As a result it gave me really bad symptoms due to the break in prescription. I raised a complaint but they offered nothing, not even an apology. I’ve registered with another organisation as a result. Very amateur processes.

I have emailed and messaged 5 times in the past week to chase my order, but no response to any message. my payment has been taken but order still processing. I have used previously but will not be using again and would not recommend. Customer service is shocking!
