Gold plan for monjaro, had consultation with doctor, then had to call x2 to get medicine sent to me -called 2 days later and operator apologised but unhappy with service, as I had to chase as had not been noticed by clinic.

"Poor communication and service"

I find their communication and service to be lacking. I purchased a three month subscription and my medication was late on two of the three months! It was difficult to get hold of anyone when I tried to contact them. I have decided to use a different supplier.

Buying online is the easiest and application form easy to fill out.
Trying to get through on the phone is a slight problem and when messaging on your account delay in receiving a response.

"Not worth saving money"

Great prices especially with the extra discounts, but the customer service is non-existent. If you purchase a bundle, they don’t send all the products at once. Instead, you have to fill out a form each time you request a new dose even though you’ve already paid in advance. They claim to send a review form automatically, but that never happens.
Our last delivery was shipped over the Christmas holidays when Royal Mail was shut. The products required refrigeration, yet they were left unrefrigerated for over three days. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, we never received a response. Both my partner and I experienced the same issue, not ideal after spending nearly £500 each.
After that, we switched to another online pharmacy. It’s a bit more expensive, but the service is first-class, and when you order a bundle, they send everything at once.
