I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time I have cause for complaint. They took my money, I sent them all the information, but no one took the time to review it properly and sort the prescription out. I was promised a call back but she didn't return the call. I was sending daily messages and it took nearly 3 weeks before it was eventually sorted out.

I placed an order 10 days ago. I have emailed twice and sent a message as I have had no communication at all. My account shows as ‘processing’, full payment has been taken but and now no way of making contact with the company. I decided to then check reviews and realise my story is not a lone one. I am now writing this review in the hope that someone will contact me!

The day after I wrote the review below I was contacted

I spoke to Ben, called me when he said he would, on 07/03/2025 to reactivate my account which he did and took £104.04 from my account to pay for my next months meds, he sent me the link which was filled in and photos uploaded
On looking at my account I was now called Sophie with the right email and mobile number( mine )but with a new address
I tried calling, messaging and emailed, I finally got a reply from the WhatsApp number I had used before and it was looked into and changed to the correct name and address
I have logged in tonight to order and it wants me to pay again( at a cheaper price)
I am going to give them the benefit of doubt and hope this is teething problems with the new portal
I have messaged them again in the hope that this is quickly resolved
My previous account was #1378542 and my new order number that I have been given is #23616
Hopefully they will read this and act accordingly

Absolute shocking service, I am still waiting for my order which was placed 10 days ago. It’s impossible to talk to anyone, I have sent emails, called, live chat and their message board and still no date on when my order will be dispatched.
