Sarah was extremely helpful in directing me towards healthy eating, and portion control not just rely on the meds as one cannot be on meds forever. I can safely say this has helped as my daughter too is now used to us having small but healthy portions.

I have been a loyal customer since December, I have had a prescription every month and last month I received a call encouraging me to purchase the 2-4 month pack subscription, which I did do.

I received my first month without a problem however I am now over a week with no medication as no one from The Slimming Clinic is responding to my numerous emails, voicemails and live chat messages regarding my next pen within the subscription.

This is totally unacceptable and the level of customer service provided to your customers is appalling, I wish to receive my order as I have paid a subscription for this then I will be looking at alternative suppliers.

Now that I have given a bad review, I have finally been contacted, but still no shipping date. Just asked to change my review to say how helpful they have been with resolving my issue.

"Stay away!"

I would stay away. I have used them for a while and had no issues until the past few months and their communication is non existent. I had a subscription and although i had a bit of difficulty with the first one i did get it however, by the time it was coming for the 2nd to be sent out i hadn’t received my renewal link to get it prescribed. I contacted them several times with no response. In between this their website updated and i now can’t access the bit where i would put in my cards for payments etc so couldn’t cancel a card. It also said i didn’t have a subscription but come the subscription date my payment was taken as well as another one for some reason. Nothing has been ordered for these payments and i cannot get a hold of them at all! I am extremely unhappy and i’m cutrently working with my bank but will be staying well clear of this company from now on!

I have ordered from them a few times & it always seems to take over a week to get to me as a doctor needs to "review " it every time I order.
No emails to say what's happening & i always have to chase them.
They are quick to take your money from your account though!

"I recently got scammed"

I recently got scammed. The Slimming Clinic called me nearly 2 weeks ago, told me they had a 10% discount on weight loss tablets, took my payment and I haven’t heard anything since. I was supposed to receive a consultation call shortly after but didn’t. I’ve tried calling them every day but the automated system is on a loop/faulty. I’ve emailed them but had no reply. I’ve had no communication from them whatsoever after they took my payment and not received the tablets. I want a refund!!!

I've unsubscribed over five times and yet they still email me with newsletters asking me to come back. You can see past reviews for why I stopped using them in the first place. Receiving quality service and in date medication, without the multiple emails each week, from another pharmacy and very pleased. Do not use them!

After I get this resolved and get my money back I will not be returning. Complete disaster, second time ordering with the slimming clinic and I am so disappointed. Made my order on the 4th of march which I received an emailing confirming my prescription but I have not heard anything else since this. I have tried emailing, calling and using the live chat but have been ignored time and time again. Awful communication!!

I had let my subscription lapse and couldn't have been more easier today starting again using patient portal. All completed and processed within a few hours. Make sure you have all the information tequired to prevent delays. The diet pills have been great in helping me lose weight that I was just piling on. Can't believe I'm back in trousers that I haven't been able to wear for about 2 or 3 years now. I never thought I'd be able to shift the weight as I can't help snacking but the diet pill helps encourage me to drink more water and eat healthier by curbing my appetite and helping to make healthier choices to eat when food shopping as not constantly thinking about food or eating! A huge thank you to the customer service team who are quick, efficient and always happy to help, particularly Joyce and Nina.

So third injection ordered from them on Thursday. Previously I have had no problems. This time utter utter joke!! No response to my 4 emails/webchats phone calls. How this company is allowed to still stay in business is beyond me. I have now reported them to the ombudsman as I’m bored of this now! You just have to look at the terrible reviews to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will now not stop until I get my pen, you’re playing with people’s lives and should be utterly ashamed.
