Had issues with delivery which caused serious problems health wise it's also impossible to get a response by email, phone or chat. The one person I spoke to could barely understand me , I would guess the pictures on the website of their doctors are fictional and are probably actors.

Ordered Mounjaro as I had a refferal code - they advised it was the wrong code, their mistake and wanted extra £45 payment - I changed mind within 1 hour - asked to cancel and refund

Yes they can minus £20 Admin Fee - buried in Section 17 of the T/Cs

Having chased them and complained - failed to respond and only got back today

There fault on me refunding but wanted £20 Admin Fee

Quite possibly the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced.
I have been a customer for many years and have had payments taken from me that shouldn’t have, I’ve been ignored when things go wrong, and had meds stopped due to their incompetence.
Word of warning - there are other clinics - try them, at least they may appreciate your business

Please read all the reviews before using this clinic. This clinic is very unproffessional, ignores emails and requests and does not stick to the rules it sets out on its website. After a consult with their Dr I realised my blood pressure was boarderline high. I never knew this pre consultation. The Dr still proceeded to prescribe me with slimming tablets knowing that they CAN cause high blood pressure and if you have high blood pressure you should not be prescribed the tablets. The Dr put it down to me drinking a cup of coffee half hour pre consult. This could have been the case for some, but in my case it was not. I was very worried about the findings and went to the pharmacy to get my blood pressure checked. It was higher than at the consult and I had not drunk any caffeine. I made an appointment with my Gp and purchased a blood pressure machine. Everyday it was high and I shared this with TSC. I should have been refunded my deposit of £50 because I can not take the medication due to BP. I have emailed them several times and they ignore my emails, now my emails are not going through at all and the sending button just circles. I found their Facebook page and messaged them my concerns and my BP results and they blocked me without acknowledging that I even contacted their page. I have since emailed them several times from and old email address and they read the email but they do not reply. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to them. It is not a way to run a professional business and I have now taken this further. They should not be prescribing people with HBP medication. It COULD make my BP to become even higher, thats not a risk that a good Dr should take and I believe this company prescribed the medication to me so they did not have to give back the deposit - which it clearly states on their website they would do if you are not fit to take the medication. Is money worth more than health to these Dr's. It is disgusting to put innocent people at high risk that could cause lots of other protential complications. And to block and ignore the patient when they have these concerns are not at all something you would expect from such a big welknown company as The Slimming Clinic. Please be careful when using this clinic.
AND AS YOU CAN SEE AGAIN IN THE REPLY FROM LESLIE. THEY KNOW THAT I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS AND STILL ARE SAYING IT IS OK TO PRESCRIBE ME MEDICATION. I CAN NOT TAKE THE MEDICATION. I WILL EXCEPT THE ADVISE OF MY GP OVER THE 10 MIN CONVERSATION I HAD WITH YOUR DR! I STAND BY MY REVIEW. I HAVE TRIED TO DEAL WITH THIS DIRECTLY. YOU IGNORE MY EMAILS, BLOCK ME AND DO NOT ANSWER CALLS. THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONALLY AND MY ADVISE WOULD STILL BE TO AVOID. "VERY poor communication"

VERY poor communication, 4 members of family and friends of mine started with slimming clinic, however that has now come to an end and we will all be moving on, from missing deliveries to waiting a week for a call back (also calling to remind of a call back daily) and from an email from head of operations stating my call back is a matter of urgency and still nothing, they offer good deals, but extremely poor service.

Please avoid at all costs. Have been on Mounjaro with different clinics for a year now. On 10th of January I bought a bundle of 3 injections for maintenance with the clinic. Then after a lot of back and forth, got everything approved on 15th of January. Then on 21st of January I received ONE of my 3 pens and now I am due my other pens of medication and LESLEY decides to check it all over again and hold my injections “hostage”. PLEASE AVOID THIS AS ALL COSTS. They took £524 from me and only gave me one pen. Nightmare! Nightmare! I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Total scam!

"Terrible service"

Terrible service, please stay away from them. I filled an online form that they sent me where there was not written anything about ordering.
I then made an online order that they approved and sent to me.
At the same time they stated calling few times a day and emailing me asking me to pay for the order, but I didn’t even understand what they’re saying, I had already paid and they confirmed.
Eventually, I tried to explain this on the telephone and via email and was told I have to pay £20 cancellation fee for an order I never made.
Really disappointed with them and won’t use them after this order.
