"Lack of communication. Just want it sorted please "

Feel the need to reply to Lesley at slimmimg clinic via trustpilot as I have not received any emails since Monday 10th Feb from them when I reported the issues again after receiving the extra needles and still it was very stiff. I had a zoom call with a Dr who agreed with me the pen was faulty and there were bubbles in the pen she explained that there had been some issues with some of the pens and this was 1 of them. She assured that someone would get back to me later regarding a refund. As I had not heard back from anyone via telephone or email on 11th i had to keep trying live chat. Who said he would pass on my concerns. Stil nothing on the 12th so rang and spoke to kenneth who said he would pass on my concerns and someone would get back to me. So today 13th stil no tel xall or email had to keep checking the live chat to catch them when active he again said that someone would be in contact with me. So to then read the reply from Lesley on my trust pilot review saying she had emailed and that the pen was empty shocked me. I stil have no email and I am more than happy to do a blood test to prove that I have not used this for the past 2 weeks as I could not physically force it into my skin and inject as I showed the Dr in my zoom call with said pen there was leakage while trying to force the twist up during the call. I do not really want to reply through this but I have been left with no choice. I just want to try and resolve this amicably as my 1st 2 weeks were amazing 5 lbs lost too food noise gone.

I cancelled my order before it was even processed but they still took my money I emailed them and have got no response they are very quick to email you when they want you to order but not so quick giving you your money back when you have cancelled

Unfortunately I believe it might have been scammed, i really wished I read the review proprio to used them.
I should have gotten suspicious when they asked me to pay before the medication was authorised by a clinician.

It's now been a week and I haven't heard anything about shipping.
I tried to contact them but with no response.

I began treatment with the Slimming Clinic back in November and it's been absolutely wonderful. I have lost 2 stone with Mounjaro and I'm delighted. Dr Agel and Dr McKenna are the doctors who have been taking care of me and they are so nice and easy to talk to. Lydia has also been a god send. I honestly couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend. It has been life changing for me. Thank you so much

"Avoid at all costs "

Ordered. Sent all the info they asked for. Was told 3 times that they didn't recieve it. I used the links they sent from 3 different devices, still saying they havent recieved it? What more can i do? Got fed up with the whole thing and asked for a refund. Still waiting almost 6 months later. Waste of my money and time. Absolutely shocking customer service and would 100% not recommended this company to anyone whatsoever.

Always being great and never had a problem
They do look after you and do the necessary checks on your health before agreeing a prescription which is good.
Do recommend them

I have been using slimming clinic for a few months, last month I received someone else's order, I contacted them straight away and returned the medication,
Not one word of gratitude from them,
I didn't need to contact them but had a monetary value of almost £400,
When looking to order for my next months prescription of mounjaro I've now noticed all discounts for existing customers have gone,
Customer service is rubbish so moving to a new provider

"Didn't get my order & it cost me £20 to get my money back"

I ordered some appetite suppressants. They took the money immediately & sent a receipt. NINE days later I contacted them because I had not had the prescription I paid for and asked for my money back. They agreed but took a £20 'fee'. So they took my money, didn't send me the pills I'd paid for and then charged me for giving me my money back. I would steer clear of this organisation if I were you they are dreadful

"Absolutely horrendous company"

Absolutely horrendous company. Took money, didn’t provide service, when refund was finally achieved they retained a ‘fee’. A fee for doing absolutely nothing. Their email contact is horrific, it’s impossible to speak to customer service and they are absolute rip off merchants. Avoid this company at all costs.
