Worst company you can ever go with, the pen doesn’t even work it stopped twisting, it was my 3rd week, I’ve been trying to contact them and they purposely keep ignoring me, they failed to give a refund and still have not contacted me regarding their faulty product

Awful company. Constantly asking the same questions and then want more information and then when I asked to cancel they take ages to refund you even with several follow up calls and emails and then have the cheek to take £20 off you for a cancellation fee. Disgusting!!!!!!! Stay away

Absolutely appalling customer service, I've emailed a number of times about cancelling my order and not one response, however they did email me stating my money was now on credit with them fir 6 months as I haven't sent the Info they require,I've not sent the I fo as I wanted to cancel my order!!
