Have messaged countless times and tried to use chat and nothing. Took my money and no response if I'm even getting the prescription or not.. will be applying charge back soon if I don't receive any communication
Edit: eventually got through to a human and after a bit of to and fro it was prescribed even though I filled form in,some info not on it... So had to give more info... Much quicker and easier prescribers available online....

I've been looking into weight loss injections for a while but didn't really know where to start. A family member recommended a chap called Callum at the Slimming Clinic and although I was dubious to begin with, I have to say the experience so far has been excellent.

They were very quick to response and sent out the injections promptly with really clear instructions. So far I'm really happy with everything and I was impressed enough to leave a review which I don't usually do.

I have sent this company money for mounjaro jab at the beginning of December, I received an email on the 6th December saying they have authorised my prescription. I waited a few days for delivery as they say to expect delivery within 24hrs of authorisation. And still today have not received my pen. I have sent emails and replied on the portal to my nurse but have received no replies. I have sent another email today and have resulted to writing this review. If there’s an issue with the prescription surely you should be contacting your clients to let them know instead of going silent hoping people with forget so you can keep the money.
