"I wish I had followed the advice of the…"

I wish I had followed the advice of the poor reviews here... This company is a shoddy outfit. They do not respond to emails when you write to them. There's no number to call. They sent me the wrong medication after two weeks of faffing and I've been trying to get them to either refund me or send out the correct medication. No matter how many emails you send you get radio silence. They've kept my money and it seems I have no way to challenge this. I will have to contact my credit card provider to raise a case.

I phoned up to discuss seeing a Dr for my weight-loss journey. The customer services representative was wonderful. Her name was Sonia, I’m told a colleague, Pauline is just as lovely. Sonia was very understanding, attentive, and I could genuinely tell, she wanted to do her best to help me. Wanted to do her best in proudly representing who she works for. Showing me how trustworthy, safe and confident she is in who she works for. That In-turn made me want to start being who I’m meant to be. I definitely will be starting on a weight-loss journey with the Dr led programme. I’m definitely starting my journey with them. Thank you! Xxx

"DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY "

Prescribed Mounjaro took injection until my 1st months review. After speaking to a Doctor, he decided that the medication was not suitable for me as I experienced certain side affects and informed me that the clinic would be in touch to arrange a refund as I had paid for 3 injection pens upfront & only had used 1. No contact from The Slimming Clinic so I phoned and was told that the board were going to review my case and be in touch soon. I finally got an email from Lesley Martin telling me that I was suitable for an alternative medication called Xenical or their highly recommended Dietician service. However, after a visit to my NHS Nurse for a routine appointment, my Nurse informed me that I did not qaulify for Xenical and that it is easily obtain on the NHS & Pharmacy if your BMI is high enough. She checked while I was present both the NHS website & the BNF website which both confirmed my BMI wasn't high enough. I have emailed six times now to request my refund as both the Xenical & the highly recommended Dietician service will not work for me but without a reply or my money back, I have had no alternative to report The Slimming Clinic to Trading Standards and I will be informing alternative platforms to spread the word about this company who are extremley willing to take your money but are very reluctant to refund you if you are not suitable. The alternative they offered me is not acceptable and at present I'm £400 out of pocket, with no further explanation, contact or resolve. Please think before handing over your money to this company, they are sharks swimming in the slimming indusrty.

"Absolutely brilliant service today"

Absolutely brilliant service today, had a slight hiccup with my order. The lovely Olivia sorted it out for me instead of waiting for to hang around one on live chat for the dr to reply to her then to me, so far so good can’t fault them

"Do not order from this company!"

Do not order from this company!!

I placed an order over weeks ago on the advice of my doctor I was told not to go ahead with the purchase so I asked for a refund.

I have emailed multiple times no response! I've called and called no one ever answers
I would not recommend using them!

I stand by all of the above.. this has still not been looked into and I have still not recived my refund!

"I think recently they have taken too…"

I think recently they have taken too many orders than they can handle. Order processing and responses to communications have been slow. Some parts of order not delivered - needed follow up communications and delivery. Difficult to get orders completed if there is a hiccup requiring clinical input - this can really slow down everything

Update
Lesley is the TSC queen! If you are fortunate enough to encounter Lesley you will definitely have a great outcome. She responded and eventually resolved my problem with speed and accuracy. Thank you Lesley.

Currently awaiting a call for tracking code.🤞

Slow to process then DX neglected to relabel for redirection and order was returned. Paris at DX will confirm. So I’m out of pocket waiting for the two pens I’d ordered that Lesley said would be with me today…. But - no further communication whatsoever and phone number is not recognised! Pretty fed up now I ordered at the beginning of November

"Extreme Bone Pain with not one bit of help or advice "

I have filed a complaint with this Company. They sent me Mounjaro pen on the 21st and I’ve had a very bad reaction to it. So much so my blood pressure went dangerously low and then every muscle in my body went into raging fire mode. The feeling of a major car crash whip lash.
I firstly struggled to get help, only help via an online helpdesk and I could hardly move my fingers to type. I explained my situation and I could not even get to the toilet. My husband had to help me in and out of bed at times. I could not raise my arms above my head and even moving position in bed was extremely painful. My body was in complete shock.
So I was waiting for a Doctor to call me but no help, I’ve been neglected and had to turn to the NHS for help. I had to take time off work, could not look after my children. I’m still recovering 1 week later.
The Slimming Clinic are not interested in their patients. Only money! I feel ashamed that my illness and troubles were obviously self inflicted by this terrible drug.
I’m not obese, I need just 1 1/2 stone off and I’m fit and healthy.
This is a dangerous drug for some and should be under supervision by professionals not clowns.

"Trying to cancel order - practically impossible"

Trying to cancel order as jabs making me feel extremely ill. Order not yet dispatched, details only just passed on to clinical team when I requested cancellation. Completely understand will have to pay £20 admin fee. Company being deliberately obtuse not cancelling/refunding, trying to get me to have a consultation “for guidance and support”, when all I want to do is cancel and get a refund… I’m an adult with capacity and capable of making decisions about my health. Please just do as I’ve asked multiple times now!! Terrible customer service. Stressful.
