"This company is an absolute shambles"
This company is an absolute shambles - so disorganised, very poor customer service. I ordered medication, waited over a week for it to be dispensed, sent emails in this time which were ignored (they don't accept phone calls about deliveries/orders and direct you to live chat which is less than helpful), and then they use DX as their courier who refuse to give to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, meaning that, almost 2 weeks on, I still don't have my medication. I've just received a snotty email from them which was the final straw. I would heavily advise you avoid this company and go somewhere reputable where you might actually get the meds you ordered. Update - the person who has responded to this review didn't answer my 2 emails but has helpfully lied in their reply below, which she has just edited. Use this company with caution.

I have been on 2.5mg of Mounjaro for 4 weeks today and have lost 16lbs. I am delighted by this and feeling better already. So far, I have not been affected by any side effects, which is great. I have been eating very healthily and have not been hungry or craved anything once. The team have been great, friendly and helpful at all times. Looking forward to the rest of my journey.

"They have had my money for 10 days and…"
They have had my money for 10 days and have not sent my order. I’ve had to chase them many times and I have requested a refund three times and been ignored. They have over £350 of mine and promise to rectify the situation with speed but don’t. I am now having to order from my original company in a rush as I am without my next dose needed in a week. Meanwhile I’m getting nowhere with this company, is my order coming? Or are you going to be honest and refund me? Update: They have been unable to send me proof that they attempted to contact me 11 times, because that is untrue. They have breached customer confidentiality too. Look at the forums online on fb and you will see other people have had similar issues with this company. The order did arrive after 11 days from the date it was placed. The stress this company caused was immense and they refused to refund me when I requested it 3 times. Please be careful.

"Smooth and safe ordering… with helpful staff!"
I was recommended SC by a friend. I ordered and the doctor called me to confirm some health queries and was helpful with all my questions. This ensured me it’s all clinically safe and genuine. It was a smooth process. I did have some issues with delivery but this was promptly resolved. I will continue using SC for my weight loss journey :)

Dr Max listens to what you have say and considers everything when advising your weight loss plan. No questions are stupid and you are made to feel at ease.
Lynda, admin support is pleasant and again takes you through everything in a professional way.
I have lost over 2 and half stone in about 12 months.
Losing weight is never easy but having professional supportive staff who give direct guidance is so beneficial.

They don't investigate your complaints. And ignore your calls. Plus they chase Trustpilot to remove your reviews if they aren't happy with them.
Lesley is quite frankly trash, a total liar. Please look at all the 1 star reviews about this dump. They send expired meds and lie to you. Go anywhere else

Lesley emailed me about my complaints today, after working hours, so they don't answer my calls. But her email didn't actually address the content in the complaint, just what suits them. They all lied and of course if they are investigating they will support each other. The phone calls are there - they all lied.
I'm never ordering from these charlatans again. They tried to harm my health journey. Fully gaslighting and manipulative behaviour - consistent with narcissist who accuse you of exactly what they do to you!
They are also going on Trustpilot to deliberately delete my feedback because their business is in dire shape.
I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! When things go wrong their true colours are revealed. Go anywhere else.

Their staff lie non stop - I have direct examples from Aleisha, Lesley and Iffy. They lie and send soon to be expiring medicine, lie that there are no staff present when there are and offer no help. Aleisha lied about deliveries arriving on time and never followed up to explain delays or the errors they made. Iffy lied about who was working in their offices and hung up the phone several times. Lesley was aggressive on the phone and when confronted about her tone she then changed, said she wanted to help, only to email days later with the total opposite of a solution. They send expiring medicines which could have serious consequences for your health. Order from anywhere but here
DO NOT GO HERE. Outrageous behaviour from their staff, liars and manipulators when you're on a health journey. They lie and mislead you over the phone and via email, then gaslight you to deflect from their errors. They send pens that are expired or expiring the month of use. The doctor was rude and just wanted to rush to get me off the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

"Shocking/disgusting lack of communication&customer service"
The lack of communication is shocking. I ordered Monday, cancelled the order shortly. Apparently I had to continue with my order. Booked a callback appointment, nobody called. I didn't receive an order number. I had to speak to live chat to get the forms sent. Form request blood pressure reading. How many people have a no monitor at their home???? I left it blank and again spoke to live chat and they said I probably wouldn't need one. Requested a refund yesterday (wednesday), was told it would be escalated because of all the faffing. Was also told I would receive and email confirming the refund was being processed (minus the £20 cancellation fee!!!!). Relieved no email communication today (Thursday). Again went on live chat to ask for them to confirm my refund was being processed, to be told I had been sent a request for a blood pressure reading. I told the woman that I had requested the refund yesterday and it was supposed to have been escalated and she said she would inform them of my request to get a refund. Mid chat the person on live chat (SB) decided to leave the chat because it was 17.02. Finish at 17.00. Didn't even say they had to leave. Just left the chat. Disgusting customer service. Will never recommend this company to anyone. My refund better have been processed or I will be taking steps to report the company to the correct place.

"Unprofessional and unable to resolve their errors"
I placed an order online with The Slimming Clinic, but when the email confirmation came through it had a different item and price.
Trying to get them to correct their error has taken hours of effort.
They don't list an email address on their website, and calling them tells you to use their live chat. I spent an hour on their live chat to be told I had to arrange a call. I arranged a call and they told me the person dealing with my order isn't at his desk and will call me back - I'm still waiting.
Stripe, their payment processor, suggested emailing finance@. finance@ sent an autoreply saying to email info@. info@ didn't reply, but eventually onlineprescriptions@ did get back in touch and say that in order for them to fix their error, they'd have to charge me a £20 cancellation fee.
Eventually they emailed me to say the order was on hold and that they would keep my payment for 6 months.
I had to contact my CC provider and start a chargeback.
Honestly, it doesn't feel like they're a legitimate company. They even say on their T&Cs that "emails can be missed" - which is astounding for them to admit.

I always read reviews before purchasing something. I believe you get good and bad reviews because that’s just normal, and you can’t please everyone. I always feel that the negative ones are because people have had a bad experience or they haven’t got what they want and react by lashing out and saying things like it’s a scam company.. which isn’t really fair, it’s someone’s business and that could damage their reputation.
My experience is it defiantly isn’t a scam company. They have been really helpful, customer service has been great on the chat on their website, WhatsApp not so much. I was told that it could take up to 2 weeks from order to delivery. I ordered it Friday late last night and it arrived Wednesday morning, so very pleased.
I can’t give a review on the product as I haven’t taken it yet, but will do in a few months to say how I’ve got on.

"Made to feel at ease and really informative"
I had my first consultation today with Dr Sarah to discuss my plan. The meeting was really informative and I was made me feel really at ease. I am super excited to start my journey. I then had a great conversation with Rachel, who was also really lovely and informative. Even though I haven’t yet started I am thrilled with the service that has already been provided.
