"They did NOT incur costs and took my £20 TOTALLY UNFAIR…"

How can they justify taking £20 pounds when I cancelled my order within half an hour. I didn't just change my mind. They wanted to ask invasive questions and things I didn't want to comply with AFTER they'd taken my money. £20 deducted for doing nothing is not fair. Consumers have rights! I WANT MY £20 BACK!!! Carols answer below is totally unjust. There were NO COSTS INVOLVED. I CANCELLED WITH JUSTIFICATION. WHAT COSTS COULD THEY POSSIBLY HAVE INCURRED? I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I ordered 3 months supply of tablets on 29th July and paid £252 online, they quickly took the money after which i was asked several medical questions and told to take before and after pictures of me my weight on the scales, blood pressure etc which was a pain, why not ask these questions & pictures etc before they take your money.?!!
A few hours after id ordered my slimming tablets that very dayi i had a doctors appointment where i was told my blood pressure was very high and i shouldn't take these slimming tablets, so I called the clinic straight away to cancel the order and ask for a full refund of £252, Clinic told me they need to check if i can get a refund, i need a consultation with the doctor!
After chasing them for weeks, numerous emails, calls etc i was told i was going to get a full refund by email. When i called to ask when i was going to get it they said they didn't know and that they will deduct £20 for admin fees.!!! Thats the first i heard of it.!! What admin fees.??? I was the one calling and emailing them for weeks they should be paying me.!! Also i had a medical reason why i had to cancel but they didn't care, they were savage and said it wasn't their problem.!!
Anyways they kept my £252 for over 2 weeks... after constantly arguing with them to get my refund they finally refunded my money today less £20!!!
Dont use this clinic trust me you will regret it the staff are useless, have no empathy and couldn't care less about you, its all about money to them... Be warned keep away you will thank me.!!! This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, i would rate them -100.!!!!!! Im going to share my experience with everyone i know so they don't do this to anyone else.!!!!

I would star it 0 if I could do not use this appalling company.
My injection pen stopped working after the first week and have been chasing since May I have had to do an online consultation to prove it didn’t work then send another video along with photos. It’s been going on for months and still not resolved chasing every week.
I have been able to take one dose but nothing since May. Disgusting service and would not recommend.

I was a little doubtful about online slimming advice as I’m so used to being seen in person, but everyone, starting with Pauline, who I first spoke with, and then Dr Ohio and the rest of the team, have been absolutely wonderful! Every single one of you who spoke with me made me feel comfortable and reassured. You gave me the faith that this time is “my time” and that you were going to be there as I start this weight loss journey. Again! There was no judgement, just lovely kind words, and great knowledge of what you were offering to support me. Dr Ohio ☺️ listened to me and talked me through the medication that he felt would be suitable for me, then left me to come to my own conclusion. My consultation was on the 27th of July this year, but the care started before that and has continued. Thank you all 🫶
