My first consultation with Dr. Sarah Agel at the slimming clinic on the 26 July 2024, was incredibly helpful and informative. She was friendly and took the time to address all my concerns. She then connected me with Lisa Evans, a clinical support team member, who was an absolute delight to speak with. Lisa went above and beyond to assist me, and her warm and kind manner put me at ease. I eagerly anticipate continuing my weight loss journey with such dedicated and outstanding professionals.

"Discounts and Promotions not available to existing subscribers"

I have been a patient for a few months now and was fairly satisfied with the service despite encountering minor problems every month when I renew my prescription. This month I decided to take out a subscription saving £5 per month on the normal price. I couldn't find and terms & conditions on the website saying how the subscription service worked but went ahead anyway. My first renewal is due next week which will result in another saving of £5. However there is currently a free delivery promotion on at the moment which would save me a further £9.99. I have rung twice to see how I can take advantage of this promotion and neither agent had any idea about subscriptions or promotions but I was eventually told I was not elgible for free delivery as I was saving by having a subscription. I pointed out that over the two months, my saving would be one pence after taking out the subscription and that this was not a very good way to treat loyal patients. I also pointed out that there did not seem to be any t & c's online regarding subscription. The agent was unable to give me a suitable explanation so I have requested a callback from someone that can. I also raised the same points via FB messenger on 18th July but have had no response.
It seems that TSC are keen to encourage new patients by offering discounts and promotions but are not rewarding their existing loyal patients at all.
I am now actively looking for another prescriber.

"The Slimming Clinic Delivers and then some…"

From the moment I started on this journey with The Slimming Clinic I can’t tell you how at ease they have put me and how much they have helped. As with a lot of these things you can end up feeling like a number, with The Slimming Clinic this is just not the case, from the person who contacts you to set up your appointment and to the Doctor you talk with you feel you are dealing with a friend! What helps me is the monthly chat with the Doctor, you feel reassure that everything is going as it should and your trust builds with everyone involved. The product itself works. that’s all I can say about it, in the past I have lost weight but soon put it back on, this time round it comes off and stays off, even when you have a period of little loss the weight does not go back up. I have recommended The Slimming Clinic to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. These guys have changed my life for the better and for that I can’t thank them enough.

I spoke to a lovely girl this morning and the spoke to her in the afternoon she was truly amazing . She reassured me that everything was sorted and also then called me back to make sure it was also all sorted . She could tell I was worried and she went above and beyond to help and I’m so grateful .

I’ve been struggling to lose the weight post covid but this has been a game changer . I’ve lost a stone and a half in 7 weeks and feel great . No side effects at all . I’ve been on the tablets and they really do work and suppress my appetite. I’m not snacking or binging anymore and eating a lot cleaner . The team have been great to deal with … I’ve recommended friends to sign up and they are also happy .
