"This company took my money from my…"

This company took my money from my account. Then decided to send forms that needed videos of blood pressure machines being used. Videos of me on the scales. I am not doing that nor would I expect you to take money from my account until all of this had been previously discussed. When I saw money leave my account and I had filled out all the online forms i assumed my order would be dispatched. No one could help me online. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. I called and get told its just your T&Cs. No not acceptable. Do not take my money until the product has been 100% agreed to be issued. I would like the money you have taken back in my account. I do not want to be hassled about videos of myself an do not agree at all with the level of service.

Sonia was such a friendly, down to earth lady, easy to chat with and very helpful. She professionally and proficiently answered my original question whilst also booking me a further consultation with the medical team. Sonia is the perfect person for this role.

I cannot express the professionalism and care I have received from the Slimming clinic , from the beginning with Doctors/Dietican - (Sarah )has been amazing giving the best advice on diet/exercise/mindset .

"My journey with The Slimming Clinic"

I started my journey in February 24 it is now May 24 and now 32LB lighter (2stone 4lb) feeling better in myself and more confident and fitting into clothes 2 sizes smaller, this is down to the slimming clinic and 3 key people Lisa who took my initial call she was very thorough she explained the Gold programme to me , and what benefits this would have answering all my questions nothing was too much trouble , Lisa was amazing, then I had my consultation with DR Daniel Ohioreno who was brilliant he put me at ease and talked me through the process of what I could have (Wegovy) and my journey of what would happen, (follow ups phone calls and pen increases ) and then answered all the questions I had about taking this medication,the third person who I must mention is Sarah Abdula the dietitian she was excellent and corrected my eating/thinking habits and how my body needs to work to loose weight the right way. Lisa , Dr Ohioreno and Sarah all treated me as if I was a personell friend and not just another person on the end of the phone which is very rare these days and this is why I am leaving this review I still have 2 months to go (18lb) which im certain I will do with the 3 key people from the slimming clinic THANK YOU
