"Don’t bother"

Don’t bother! I paid £108.99 before being told I needed to upload pictures and other actions I had no idea how to do. I told them that my camera wasn’t working and I had no way of uploading them. They sent me a link to use where I wouldn’t have to use the pictures but I couldn’t use that link without paying again. I tried to get a refund and was told they couldn’t refund me unless the medication wasn’t suitable- which I think is outrageous. I then went through my bank and had the same issues, as Monzo are equally useless. I am now down £108.99 and never received anything.

I contacted The Slimming Clinic on the 9th January 2023 & having completed their questionnaire, I had my initial consultation with Dr. Carmelia Negoescu on the 16th January 2023. Dr. Negoescu is absolutely amazing, she is such a lovely caring & understanding lady. I began my weight loss journey weighing in at 11st 2lbs, which at
5ft 1" I was overweight. Dr. Negoescu prescribed Diethylpropion 75mg tablets for me & thereafter I have had a review each month to ensure that the medication is suitable & to check on how I'am doing. Prior to your reviews you are required to provide The Slimming Clinic with photo proof of both your weight & your blood pressure readings. The Clinician team at The Slimming Clinic are all really professional, friendly & helpful. A special thank you goes out to Lydia & Rachael. Once you have had your review with the Doctor, your medication is sent out promptly via the Royal Mail Tracking Service. By September 2023 I had lost 2 stone in weight & gone from a clothing size 14-16 to a size 8! I had major foot surgery done at the end of October 2023, which has resulted in limited mobility, as I'am having to wear an aircast boot. However, I'am delighted to say that I only have 9lbs to lose before reaching my weight loss goal. My husband was so impressed with how well The Slimming Clinic had worked with me, that he decided to join their weight loss programme in July 2023. My husband weighed in at 20st 3lbs & at
5ft 10" was clinically obese. Dr. Negoescu prescribed my husband with the weekly injections of Ozempic/Wegovy. These are promptly despatched via a Courier Service. To date my husband has lost just over 3 stone in weight & he has gone from a clothing size 3XL to a XL! The Slimming Clinic provide an excellent service & you receive 100% support throughout your weight loss journey. They equip you with the tools you need to lose the weight & to keep it off. My husband & I are both absolutely delighted with our weight loss to date & we cannot recommend The Slimming Clinic highly enough.

Please be careful something isn’t quite right about this company, I paid £108 for slimming pills £8 for delivery which is a utter joke and scam waited 1 week with no email stating the pills are in the way so I emailed them telling them can I get a refund for delivery as the service is poor and slow and communication is none existent, only to get told it’s not there fault they didn’t send in time and blamed Royal Mail it’s not royal mails fault you couldn’t be bothered to send the pills in time and they are lieing if they say that everyone was on holiday because of Christmas period as I was still getting emails from the medic time as they was missing confidently information about me which I was fine to tell them just didn’t understand why they was ignoring my other emails about a refund these scammers just ignored my emails because they didn’t want to pay the refund. Person over phone said will forward to manager heard nothing back as of yet I probably won’t hear anything back because they just want your money. Even though they told me they been sending me emails I have not received anything regarding a refund of the delivery. They are liars, trust me if you want Phentermine or any other diet plans go to weightmedics they are cheaper and they won’t mess you about

Had an initial consultation to go on a programme and I was left very confident about things from the excellent Doctor Ohio. He was very helpful and encouraging. I then had to complete the admin elements on a Zoom call with Karl, who was very professional and friendly. Once I had revealed a couple of fairly recent family bereavements, Karl was very compassionate, understanding and good to talk to. Both individuals were a credit to The SC. My meds arrived after a couple of days and I have made good progress in the first two weeks. A follow up call from Dr. Ohio this morning, right on time, as we had scheduled, continued to impress. Great organisation.
