"Be careful of this company"
According to website sliming tablets available on line , requested same , immediately took £108 from my account , then directed you to another page where they then informed you that you had to take pictures of weight , Blood Pressure , photographic ID and upload to link , link did not work , called office , given another link , could not upload BP , this should have been explained before money taken from peoples account , most people fo not have BP monitors at hand , I called to stop pending transaction, which was ignored , no reply to e mails requesting refund , I will not give up , this is false advertising and I will be reporting to ombudsman, steer clear of this company , I will update this site with response

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience.
Ordered a 1mg ozempic pen in June after calling to check it was in stock and being told they have plenty.
Once ordered and calling a few days later being told there’s non in stock. Mid September still no pen sent out to me.
Poor communication. I’ve had to call multiple times each week for an update.
I can appreciate the National shortage however they gave false information in regards to their stock levels to persuade me to buy.
They have other strengths in stock but won’t offer 2 x 0.5 mg pens to make up to the 1mg I’ve paid for and ordered.
They have also doubled their price of the pen during this time.
I was then told at the start of September the 1mg was in stock and was being sent out. Called 2 weeks on and was told that’s incorrect there’s no stock.
To me it sounds as though because I paid the cheaper price my order isn’t valuable to them so what stock they do have they are sending to them that ordered after me and paid the increases prices.
Truly disappointed that this is how patients are treated.

"Worst company I have ever dealt with"
I can’t give a zero star because that is what the slimming clinic deserves. I have paid for my two ozempic pens totalling amount of £1040. They keep promising to send it and the last insult is that it is too hot to send them out. I would like a refund on my money as I haven’t received any product.

"Stay clear - no customer service and very unprofessional"
First prescription took over a week to issue, second I had to ask to cancel due to a contra-indicated medication being prescribed to me by my GP. I’ve been emailing and calling for over a week and Carolyn (the complaints manager) has not processed my refund despite her colleagues advising that the doctor has indeed confirmed I can’t have the prescription from them anymore. I’m about to head to Visa to get a chargeback done as they have stopped replying to emails and I just want my money back. I seriously question any company still using gmail addresses in a professional capacity, especially when prescription medication is involved. I have tried 4 different departments and still no response. There is apparently no one above the complaints team with any authority to process refunds. The Slimming Clinic is best avoided. Any doctor working for these charlatans must be seriously down on their luck or dodgy as hell.

"Fight for refund"
This company is delaying giving me a full refund for medication not supplied due to non compatibility. It was happy to take the amount before checking with my current medication then delayed time and again to answer my request for the refund

I was treated very nicely and all options explained thoroughly, the treatment was perfect and I lost a lot of weight and was able to manage and maintain a good weight.

I’m travelling long haul Northern Territory of WA ….and notified the clinic of this. I’ve been requesting ‘EMAIL ‘ communication with a customer service person or a doctor for WEEKS
Initially their two respondents on the CS SERVICE line were brilliant !
But like many things once they have your business the others ie doctors advisors managers seem to be none existent
The only response from them I received was to ‘ call them ‘.

The effort spent in Slimming clinic reading my email informing them I’m currently in the Northern Territory of WA obviously wasn’t read or understood. WA is Western Australia ! Not very good service !!

"Awful customer service"
I’m really upset with this clinic and it’s customer service. On their website it states you’re entitled of your bmi is above 27 which mine is, so I ordered an online prescription. I then filled in the health forms and sent the information requested and heard nothing back, I sent 2 emails and never received a response and had to call 3 times before finally being able to speak to someone. So 4 weeks later I was informed by the adviser because my bmi was below 30 unless I have co morbidities I won’t be eligible, I don’t have any co morbidities so I asked for a refund and was told only a doctor can issue a refund so I need a telephone phone call which I had to wait a further week for, today the doctor called at 09:25 and I missed it by 30 seconds so called back at 09:26 to ask to speak to the doctor to be told it was too late now as I need a 20 minute consultation and I’d have to rebook. I again mentioned that I’d be informed I wasn’t entitled so I just wanted my money back to be told again the doctor needs to authorise that, I stated I didn’t believe it would take 20 minutes for the doctor to tell me I wasn’t entitled but again have been told I can’t have my money back. I’ve just had to rebook for next week just to get my own money back meaning it’ll have been nearly 6 weeks for no medication or no refund. Very very disappointed.

It’s all a bit of a sham to be honest, they do not prescribe and despatch. They take all your info and I’ve since learnt that they pass it on to another company!
They take your money and draw out the process by asking for more and more information. Personal information and ID. No other pharmacy has asked for this - I should’ve stopped at that point in hindsight.
I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider as they don’t respond to emails and the goods don’t arrive (timely).
Delivery timeframe promises are not met.
Emails requesting to cancel are ignored.
After raising a payment dispute, they then decide to despatch the goods via a third party company that don’t put any keep refrigerated warnings on the package. The third party company use a courier to deliver who are not aware that it contains ‘keep refrigerated’ medication so took no urgency to deliver. Four or five days later, the courier shows up with a soggy, damaged package. The ice pack inside has clearly melted and the medication would be spoiled as it was no longer cool.
I reject the damaged parcel. I have RING video footage of this. The courier takes the parcel away and has marked on their electronic device that it’s rejected due to damage.
I paid for a product I’ve not received. I had to reject it. I am not making myself sick.
They continue to contest my refund claim. Seriously?
Slimming Clinic - speak to your third party supplier and DPD, the tracking will show how long it took to get here and their photo will show the damaged box, their records will show a rejection.
Don’t fool people. Be honest with them. You’re not the prescribers - you’re a middle man. You don’t meet delivery expectations. Don’t pretend to hold stock. You take far too much personal information and I want mine destroyed from your system.
Don’t be duped by the fancy website people. Use a bone-fide pharmacy.
I will continue to fight to get my money back.

Contacted my bank they have put in a dispute..don't anyone deal with this company..take your money out straight away without filling out a form then they have technical problems..then ignore when you ask for a form to be send through again.
