This is the worst 😡 SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! 😡😡😡I have experienced..please do not waste your money,you will be scammed out of £50 which alot of money,these people are praying on people's heath issues. If your on any medication is antidepressants etc you will not be offered medication apart from shakes that do not work. will be taking this further. They shouldn't be getting away with this .. please do not go down this route ... SCAM!!!.. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!... Should be closed down 😡

Have been robbed by the clinic for a lot of money , when I questioned about the medication I had my money taken and told take it or leave it.
Medication didn’t work for me, so now they are promoting shakes which don’t work for me, don’t trust the doctors or the clinic.

I have used The Slimming Clinic on and off for a few years. However my most recent experience has put me off for good, although everyone I spoke to was nice enough the actual care element is missing completely. I was prescribed Phenrermine and had monthly telephone appointments, after having covid and not taking the prescribed phentermine and missing my telephone appointment call, I have heard NOTHING since ( this was April) not one call, email, nothing. I could have died from the medication theh prescribed me for all they know... I can't really believe it.
Also sales are very pushy, trying to get me to buy expensive scales etc, I was signed up to some vitamin drink I said I didn't really want for 6 months by them, extortionate price, and never asked once by the doctors how I was finding it/if there was any benefit which shows me it was just pointless waste of money, although the 6 months has now finished and I'm still getting charged and sent this vitamin powder I haven't used... tried zinzino customer service and nothing. Obviously just a referral for them they get paid for.

"Absolutely appalling service"
Absolutely appalling service. Paid for medication on the 10th. Yet to receive. Made multiple calls about it to be told lies with apology’s as their managers told them to say this.

I should have added that it was my recommendation to my sister that caused this. Also the fact that I’m without medication as we was told it was ok for her to start with one of my pens. I had calls from a dr who had kids screaming in the background. I appreciate people are working from home but this is very unprofessional! All calls are recorded. Donna lied to myself on the call then when confronted about it she tried to backtrack. Pointed out all calls are recorded. To then be told my call would be terminated. Absolutely appalling company. Pay £270 for 3 pens and calls with screaming kids in the back ground. Every other company I can get 5 pens for £245. Will be reporting to GMB.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They take your money, don’t send the products and then you’re mislead every time you speak to an advisor as they all tell you different things.
I’ve currently run out of saxenda and although I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago, I have been told today It hasn’t been sent out, after previously being told it would arrive by Friday ot today!!!!! I raised a complaint a few days ago. Received a confirmation email but no resolution. I was told a senior would ring me today after a few phone calls and getting absolutely nowhere but now they’re denying that and telling me I can expect a call within 48 hours. And, oh yes, I won’t receive my pens for a few days!!!!!! I’m livid. I want a refund and then I’ll never ever go near this company again.

A satisfactory resolution was not reached……
In fact, I was given the wrong advice so when I finally received my pens, I was violently sick as I’d been told I didn’t need to revert back to the minimum dose……absolutely awful company. No practical solutions for their poor shortfalls.

"I would detract from this company."
I would not advice anyone to use this company, as after I had a zoom meeting with them they told me they could not give me medication as my blood pressure is to high. I have since spoke with my own GP and blood pressure is back to normal. I have asked them repeatedly to return my £50 deposit in order to re book appointment, but my request has now been ignored three times. I now feel like a fool being parted with money. Please only use if you want to give away at least £50 for nothing. By most standards this is theft.
