They will rip you off. The phentermine pill are not potent,at all very ineffective. The operation is a total scam.

Personally I wouldn't recommend this. It all sounds good, doctor prescribed, blood pressure etc. monitored - but if you have any side effects, they seem to go into a blind panic. At a time where the NHS is under enormous pressure, I now feel really irresponsible for my decision to try this company.

I had a v minor side effect - slightly dizzy on one day, it may or may not have been the tablets so I don't want people worrying that these tablets have crazy side effects - in my experience they do not. I only had this on one day out of 4. The person I spoke to at the slimming clinic sounded very panicked and insisted I see GP/call NHS 111 to ensure I saw someone that same day. I was trying to explain that this is something that has happened to me in the past and isn't unusual but they were often talking over me which didn't help. This in turn made me feel anxious so I followed this advice - and my GP was thoroughly unimpressed, pointing out that it was unlikely to be tablet as it only happened on one day. The company are clear that they cannot support medically so there is no misinformation here - but the person I spoke to honestly had me thinking I was having a heart attack or something. It was not handled well.

I have given 3 stars because whilst my experience was not good, I do think the communication and people I spoke to (aside from one) were good. I think 3 stars is fair.

Majority are nice friendly helpful staff, the odd one or two I have spoken too are very robotic, I have used them on several occasions never had a problem with delivery good smooth transactions
