So I inform you that I can't receive 0800 number calls and you phone me on an 0800 number. You offer to call me again for a £25 'deposit'. Will that be from an 0800 number as well? This has to be a SCAM!! Refund Please.

**Given that you only operate using 0800 numbers and I can't receive 0800 numbers I believe our relationship is at an end. When can I expect a refund or do I need to go via Visa?
