Didn’t call when supposed to even though I had a booking and a text confirming same

"TERRIBLE Customer Service"

Used them on & off for few years. Used to go to a clinic where GP knew my medical history. Recently signed up to a 4mth program but after 2 months I was told by them I couldn’t continue due to other medication I take. They refused any refund. Customer service was appalling too, she refused to give her full name, was condescending, said that if I had been honest this wouldn’t have happened! She told me there is no right of appeal & there was no way the Director would change their mind. Extremely disappointed. Certainly would NOT recommend after this recent experience.

Excellent service, telephone phone consultations with the doctors are 💯 and if you do have a problem or question relating to your medication or anything else, someone is always at the end of the phone to help.

I had an appointment booked and after 5 minutes past the pre-arranged time I called. The Dr was running late and would call me soon. If this was reversed I would be charged £35. When talking to the Dr and payment team I stated this and asked for a discount from my payment. This was not going to happen. They said they’d feed my thoughts back. I feel this is poor service as firstly someone should have contacted me to make me aware of the appointment running late - clearly no professional respect or courtesy- secondly I should have been offered a mutually agreeable resolution.

"My return to the clinic after lockdown!"

I have used the slimming clinic before and found the help they gave me amazing. They offered only encouragement, even on the odd week when I lost no weight. So after lockdown I have made the decision to come back and seek the help I feel I need to loose my lockdown weight gain !

Great to help you loose weight but best to keep off the caffeine as the effects seam to be a lot stronger and I struggled to sleep

I was fine with caffeine before 10am

I lost 2 stone in 4 month. 😄
