"Illegal business practices"

Ordered tablets, paid and then cancelled the next morning as changed my mind. The law states companies must refund you within14 days of receipt of an online purchase if you change your mind and you don’t need to give a reason. I changed my mind within hours of paying and cancelled immediately. My order was never processed or sent. I have sent numerous emails, all with no reply. Have now lodged a dispute with my bank, and are reporting these guys to trading standards and the ombudsman as they are operating clearly outside of the law. They called me and tried to say they don’t have to refund for prescriptions. That is only if a prescription has been filled and only if it is an NHS prescription. So they are clearly going against the law by not refunding. Beware of this company and their very dodgy practices.

Since writing the previous review and giving 1 star I have had numerous correspondence with the clinic which has been more positive I am still awaiting what I have paid for but feel more hopeful.

I paid £99 for my prescription and said I needed to fill in a form the form to come up, so I emailed you all information that would off been asked and I've had no reply? I've emailed 4 times and still nothing back..

"First Impressions are really good!"

I came across the Slimming Clinic website after a Google Search. I have just turned 50 and despite a relatively healthy lifestyle, I was struggling to lose belly fat and needed more support. I paid and then started to go through the questionnaire that I had technical issues with. I then read the reviews on Trust Pilot and started to panic, thinking it was a scam. I rang the customer service number and got through to a fantastic Advisor called Rachael who was super informative and helpful and sent me a link to the form and described exactly what would happen. I took the relevant photos and took my blood pressure (all of which uploaded without a glitch) and submitted the form. Today I have had a notification that my prescription has been approved with guidance and advice. I have also received a tracking number so I can track delivery. So far so good in my opinion. I am really impressed with the company so far after reading really scary reviews from others! (Edited 12th July 2023) I submitted my completed form on Friday 8th July and received my prescription Tuesday 11th July).

"AVOID!"

AVOID!! They have taken my money and sent the lowest dose of ozempic. No email of prescription before hand, no telephone call to see what dose I had previously (stated on form previously had it with no side effects). They have sent me 0.25 which will last me 2 weeks and I have paid £169! They state it’s their policy to start everyone on 0.25 which isn’t stated anywhere! I have tried contacting by phone/email/online chat and had no response for 3 days. All I wanted was a pen that lasted 4 weeks. So anyone wanting ozempic, be aware you only get 0.25 at first for £169! Once they have your money you don’t hear from them. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Keep your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

"Fraudsters"

Fraudsters! Absolutely appalling. I paid money back at the end of May, asked for a refund and it is now coming into the 3rd month of having no refund, apology or response. I have been in contact with the fraud team at my bank who are taking it further, but they take your money and have no interest in customer care at all. You have taken my money and I have requested a refund!! why are you dong this to people???

"THE SC IS JUST A PILL SELLING SHOP"

THIS IS JUST A SHOP THAT PEDDLES PILLS TO THOSE THAT ARE DESPERATE & NOTHING MORE. After initial consultation and sold 3 months worth of pills Slmming clinic never had any further interaction with me. They don’t have a tailor made program and they don’t give you advice and guidance. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL. I’ve had several texts and emails from them trying to sell more products and not one has ever asked how I’m doing. They are a shop that sells pills and that’s all so don’t expect anything else. I bought 3 months of pills but after 3 weeks they started to affect my sleep and heart rate and I was getting a constant dull headache. I tried taking half a pill but even that was still too much. I now go to slimming world and have found that to be a hugely better experience.

Could somebody please get in contact with me. I have emailed about 10 times and called and left voicemails! You took my money and now are ignoring me this is not acceptable to run a business like this. I have used you several times in the past and not had a problem so this is such a shame that things have changed drastically! I want a refund!

Im so glad i ordered my Rybelsus of them .
The prices were very similar to other site .
From making my application it was less than 2 hours before i was contacted i was questioned about my goals and my knowledge of the medication , this was very informative and gave me great confidence that the representative actually new what they were talking about.
I proceeded to pay, my medication arrived with 36 hours i was speechless in the turn round time .
Im now 2 weeks in to my treatment and 8kg lighter.
I really impressed and would recommend this service to any one wanting to loose weight !

I received a email from the slimming clinic inviting me /saying I can buy online, I paid £99 they acknowledged my payment with a link, which didn't work open? Upon emailing them several times I've heard nothing .... Where is my £99 Scammers as for as I'm concerned Do not do a online order.
Thanks for your reply to above order, can I say you Have not left any voicemails!! The emails you have sent have not addressed the issue of me paying you £99 related to me recieving nothing from you, I have emailed you umpteen times which have been ignored, I have also left a voicemail on your contact phone number giving you all the info you probably would of needed/ height/weight/ blood pressure, I've been ignored And I do not tell lies WHY WOULD I , You have my £99
